近年来中医养生热度持续升温,人们跟着电视、书籍热情地学习如何饮食、锻炼、防 病,可养生的要领到底是什么,很少有人能说清楚。其实,中医养生不是几个方子、几味 中药、几个穴位那么简单,其博大精深的内涵可归结为 6 个字:顺、静、修、调、补、固, 真正领会并做到这几点,长寿就离你不远了。“顺”:养生跟着季节走。古人认为,人身体的变化与四季轮回是一致的,因此饮食 起居、衣食住行必须与季节相适宜。 黄帝内经说:“顺天时地利。 ”这里的“时” ,指的 是四时阴阳,具体说就是春夏养阳、秋冬养阴。四季的养生要符合生、长、收、藏的特点。 春天万物生发,要养肝、养阳;夏天是生长时节、主养心,晚睡早起,少发怒,该出汗就 得出汗;仲夏季节又热又湿,要注意养脾、化湿;秋天是收获的季节,要养肺、养阴,早 卧早起,情绪须安宁,否则会伤肺;冬天讲究养藏、养肾、养阴,要多晒太阳,早睡晚起。“静”:让心安静下来。现代人喜欢生活得热热闹闹,每天时间都安排得满满的,生 怕孤独和寂寞。其实,这种浮躁的生活对健康极为不利。 黄帝内经说:“恬淡虚无,真 气从之,精神内守,病安从来。 ”人安静下来,可以减少很多不必要的消耗,特别是“气” 的消耗,做到身体“节能” ,这样才能预防疾病、益寿延年。大家不妨把生活节奏放慢,采 取静坐、闭目养神的方式来静养身、慢养心。“修”:修身行善烦恼少。 易经里说:“积善之家,必有余庆;积不善之家,必有 余殃。 ”其实就是平时积德行善、豁达大度的人,往往能和这个世界和谐相处,能减少很多 烦恼,心情愉悦。可见,修身养性,宽以待人,淡泊名利,对别人好,自己收获的将是健 康、快乐和长寿。“调”:多做深长呼吸。人难免会遭遇营养失衡、过度劳累、病邪袭来等诸多不良因 素,这时候就要用到“调”字了。 黄帝内经说,应该根据四季的变化调养精神意志,调 养七情六欲。其中还强调了呼吸的调节,即“调息” ,练习呼吸吐纳。建议大家平时多做深 长、缓慢、均匀的呼吸。可以练习“丹田息” ,鼻子吸气后,通过意念把气送到下丹田气海 的位置,即在肚脐下 1.5 寸。然后再把气慢慢呼出来。练习“丹田吸”的同时,吞咽唾沫, 配合调津,保健效果更好。“补”:有补有泻最健康。古人推崇用滋补药物调理阴阳、脏腑、气血,原则有三, 一是先辨证,二是食补为先,三是补、泻结合。中医讲药食同源,所有食物都有调理身体的作用。从味道说,酸味补肝,苦味补心, 甜味补脾,辛味补肺,咸味补肾。从颜色论,红色补心,黑色补肾,黄色补脾,绿色补肝, 白色补肺。滋补要因人而异,根据体质进行合适的食补。气虚的人最要吃主食,还可喝鸡汤、吃 鸡鸭鱼肉。补血可用大枣、猪肝、各种红肉。补阴气,多吃水里生的,如鸭肉、海参、甲 鱼等。养阳要吃牛羊肉、鸡肉、驴肉、韭菜等。春天要养肝,多豆芽、豆苗、草莓、菠萝 等。但要少吃香椿、香菜,以防过敏。夏天吃点苦能去心火,要多吃夏天成熟的瓜和豆。 秋天应多吃应季水果和栗子、松子等坚果,还要吃润肺的百合、藕、杏仁、白果。冬天要 养藏,多吃根茎类食物,如山药、土豆、红薯、萝卜、白菜。养生不能一味地补,要补泻结合。夏天要利湿,可多吃冬瓜、丝瓜、西瓜、薏仁,火 气重的可吃苦瓜、苦菜,吃绿豆排火毒。秋天燥气盛,便秘、口干的人多,应多吃润燥的 梨、萝卜等食物。冬天寒气重,可多吃点姜、肉桂,以驱寒气。“固”:固精、固气、固神。养生很重要的一点是“固” ,包括固精、固气、固神三个 方面。固精,就是要保护肾气,最重要的是节欲。此外还可吃养肾精的食物,包括各种肉类, 以牛肉最好,还可吃山药、黄精、枸杞。固气,一要减少耗气,少说话;二要多晒太阳,补充阳气;三要多做有氧运动,增加 氧气;四要通过饮食带来水谷之气。另外,睡眠能养五脏之气,绝对不能熬夜。 固神, 就要调养七情,不过喜、过怒、过思、过悲、过恐,情绪控制好了,身体才会少受伤害。In recent years, TCM heat warms up continuously, people follow the TV, books of enthusiasm to study how diet, exercise, disease prevention, what can the healthessentials, few people can say clearly.
