It is intended that all portions of the Work shall be inspected and that the results of these inspections shall be documented. CONTRACTOR shall provide personnel, independent from his production departments, to monitor, trace, inspect, document inspections, document traceability and provide progress reports based on inspections for all portions of Work. This QA/QC staff shall be responsible for ensuring that all inspections and QA/QC procedures as defining in the specification and in all other Contract Documents are implemented in a timely and diligent manner. CONTRACTOR QA/QC staff shall also ensure that all testing, calibration and proper documentation are provided at all subcontractor yards.2.0CONTRACTORS QA/QC PROGRAM2.1.CONTRACTOR shall provide all inspectors, equipment, manpower, and materials to implement the QA/QC Program. CONTRACTOR shall provide properly qualified inspectors for each discipline of the Work.2.2.All work not meeting specified quality standards because of defects in workmanship or materials furnished by CONTRACTOR shall be repaired or replaced to COMPANYs satisfaction by CONTRACTOR at CONTRACTORs expense with no schedule delays.2.3.CONTRACTOR shall complete, retain, and submit to COMPANY the following construction records:A.Mill Certificates B.Documentation to COMPANY C.Material traceability reports-Fab Shop, Rolling Mill, Mold Loft, etc. D.Weld procedure qualification records E.Welders qualification tests and welders list F.Weld inspection records G.Dimensional tolerance reports H.Coating inspection records I.Hydrotest records J.Corrosion protection equipment test records K.Sub-contractor informationQUALITY ASSURANCE /Spec No. 09-11QUALITY CONTROL FORProj. It shall define all equipment, material, and services to be furnished by CONTRACTOR including:A.Detailed procedures shall be provided for recording, maintaining and submitting An organizational chart of the Quality Control Department with a description of the duties and responsibilities of Quality Control personnel. Resumes with the qualifications of personnel shall be included.B.Documentation to COMPANY.C.Quality Control Manpower loading plans shall be supplied phased to the fabrication operations, demonstrating that sufficient qualified Quality Control Personnel shall be assigned to the Work to operate NDT equipment, maintain documentation and to visually inspect and control the quality of Work.Quality Control Procedures shall be a minimum define CONTRACTORs procedures for:1.Materials Receipt and Inventory 2.Materials Traceability Procedures 3.Material Identification System 4.Materials Storage - with Yard Layout 5.Welder Qualification 6.Welding Procedure Qualification 7.Radiographic inspection including safety procedures 8.Ultrasonic Testing 9.Hardness Testing 10.Hydrotesting 11.Surface Preparation 12.Protective Coating Application 13.Post Weld Heat TreatmentQUALITY ASSURANCE /Spec No. 09-11QUALITY CONTROL FORProj.
