华中科技大学硕士学位论文基于SPWPM模式的高频链逆变器研究姓名:包健刚申请学位级别:硕士专业:电力电子与电力传动指导教师:段善旭20080608华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 I摘 要 近年来, 随着电力电子技术的迅猛发展, 高频链逆变技术得到了广泛关注和研究,成为当今逆变电源领域的研究热点之一。在要求实现电力电子装置高功率密度、高效率、小型化的场合,高频链逆变技术有着巨大的优势。 首先,本文在介绍逆变器应用领域的基础上,按照低频和高频环节对逆变技术进行了分类讨论,详细阐述了国内外高频链逆变技术产生和发展概况,分析了几种具有代表性的电压源型和电流源型高频链逆变技术的优缺点,重点对双向电压源型的高频链逆变器的主电路拓扑和现有控制策略进行了分析和讨论。 其次,在上述分析的基础上,以全桥桥式(DC/AC/AC)两级功率变换拓扑为例,详细介绍了主电路的工作原理:包括对逆变器在一个高频开关周期内十二个工作模态的分析和稳态外特性的讨论。对单极性移相 SPWPM(正弦脉宽脉位调制)模式控制策略和原理特性进行了详细的论述,并简要说明了移相全桥电路的软开关原理。 然后,根据单极性移相控制 SPWPM 模式逆变器高频链的工作原理特性,建立了逆变器前级逆变和后级周波变换环节的输出电压的数学模型,对 SPWPM 模式进行了详细的数学推导,阐明了 SPWPM 模式的高频链变换过程及原理,并用仿真实验对上述理论分析过程进行了验证。 再次, 本文详细阐述了单极性移相SPWPM模式高频链逆变器的设计与实现过程。由于高频变压器在硬件电路中的重要性,对其设计过程进行了重点介绍。为实现数字化控制, 对以 DSP 为核心的软件系统的实现方法进行了详细的说明。 在完成整个系统的设计调试后,得到了基本的试验结果,并对试验结果进行了详细的分析。试验结果表明了单极性移相 SPWPM 控制策略的正确性和可行性,为逆变电源高频化提供了一个很好的研究和发展方向。 最后,本文对近年来,在高性能逆变器领域研究较多的基于电压电流瞬时值反馈的双环控制策略进行了介绍,将高频链和双环控制策略相结合,对常用的基于电感电流内环和电容电流内环的两种双环控制方案分别进行了分析设计和仿真研究,并比较分析了两者各自的特点。仿真实验结果表明:将双环控制策略和高频链技术相结合的逆变器,融合了两者的优点,电气性能优越,存在较大的实用价值,在要求实现逆变电源高性能、高效率和高功率密度等场合,有着广阔的应用前景。 关键词:高频链;单极性移相;SPWPM 模式;DSP;双环控制策略 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 IIAbstract Recently, with the rapid development of power electronics, more and more attention and research work has been paid to the high-frequency link (HFL) inverter. Obviously, it has huge advantages in the application situations of realizing high efficiency, high power density and small in size and light in weight. The research work of the paper is carried out based on this key guiding idea. First of all, with an overview of the application feilds of inverters, the paper classifies inverters into two categories: low-frequency link and high-frequency link. During the dissertation of development of the HFL inverter, the advantages and disadvantages of several typical voltage mode and current mode are discussed in detail, and the proposed topology and existing control strategies of bi-directional voltage mode HFL inverter up to now, are discussed and analyzed as the key points. Secondly, based on the analysis above, taking the full-bridge and full-bridge mode two-stage (DC/AC/AC) power conversion topology as an example, discusses and analyzes the basic principles of main circuit: the twelve kinds of circuit mode within one high frequency switching period are carefully analyzed and the steady-state output characteristic curves are given. After the dissertation and analysis of uni-polarity phase-shifted control sinusoidal pulse width phase modulation (SPWPM), introduces the soft-switching principle of phase-shifted full bridge in a brief way. Then, based on the principles of main circuit, a comprehensive analysis of uni-polarity phase-shifted SPWPM mode high-frequency linkage principle is carried out. After establishing the mathematic mode of the DC/AC converter pre-stage and the last cycloconverter stage respectively, analyzes and explains the HFL principles using mathematic methods. At last, the simulation results based on Matlab and PSIM validates the feasibility and validity of theoretic analysis process. Thirdly, this paper emphasizes the design and implementation process of full-bridge bi-directional HFL inverter. As the key component of hardware circuit, the high-frequency transformers design process is introduced carefully. Meanwhile, the design and the realization process of software system based on DSP (digital signal processor) are described in detail. After debugging and testing the system, the experimental results are given and analyzed detailedly. The results indicated: the control theory of uni-polarity phase-shifted SPWPM mode high frequency linkage is absolutely right and feasibility; the output performance of the power supply is good. So it will be a good developing direction for HFL inverters. 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 IIIFinally, the HFL inverter is combined with the dual-loop control method based on voltage and current feedback. The dual-loop control method has two typical control schemes, including the inductance current inner loop feedback and the capacitance current inner loop feedback. After analyzing and designing the two control schemes, two different simulation models are established. At last, compares and analyzes the respective characteristics of the two strategies through simulation. The simulation results indicated: this kind of inverter based on the combination of the HFL and the dual-loop control method, has high electric performance. In the occasion of realizing high performance, high efficiency and high power density, it will have extensive application prospect and research value.
