They impact on human populations gradually extended to rural middle school groups. For access to information and backward rural areas, rural middle school students has become the major groups of modern communication tools. Therefore, the rural middle school groups by both access to information to facilitate the inappropriate use of the negative impact brought about.This article aims to give rural migrant parents and low level of cultural knowledge of parents of children of secondary school students how to properly treat the use of mobile phones and Internet communications resources for perspective, and through a comprehensive analysis of the impact on rural middle school students to think and explore.
