The personnel management mode by the traditional manual business has turned into information, modern, the efficient management mode paperless environmental protection. To improve the efficiency of the personnel management system, design management system is imperative. In this paper the personnel management system based on customer service end/service end (c/s) model development, the service by Oracle 10 g database server as data processing and storage platform, the customer service applications use MyEclipse 9.0 development, development language use JAVA.
