摘要I摘 要一阶惯性环节的频率特性是工业生产过程中最常见的物理量之一,一阶惯性环节频率特性的研究的进步会大大提高促进科技的发展。本论文完成了一个基于虚拟仪器的一阶惯性环节频率特性测定的设计,是利用铂电阻温度传感器的电阻值随温度变化的特性进行测温的,属于接触式测温。在硬件设计中,采用恒流源电路给热电阻提供电流,将热电阻温度传感器与恒流源以及特定电阻组成电路,通过对电路输出的电压进行放大,经数据采集卡采集,使得非电量的温度信号转变为电压信号。在软件设计中,采用先进的虚拟仪器 LabWindows/CVI 设计软件作为开发平台,通过设计虚拟面板和 C 程序,完成仿真参数设定和结果显示模块以及采样模块功能的设计,同时增加了采样时间和采样间隔的设定功能,通过对采集装置的标定,从测试结果可以证明,所设计的虚拟仪器 LabWindows/CVI 设计软件能够达到预期的设计要求,设计是成功的。关键词:一阶惯性环节,温度测量,热电阻,虚拟仪器西安交通大学城市学院本科毕业生设计(论文)IIABSTRACTIIIABSTRACTABSTRACTOne-order inertial link the frequency characteristic is the most common industrial production process is one of the physical quantities. In fact, one-order inertial link the progress of the frequency characteristics of the study will greatly improve promoting the development of science and technology; Conversely, the progress of science and technology and will give one-order inertial link frequency characteristics measuring theory, raising the level of one-order inertial link of measuring technology of frequency characteristics of the perfect improvement create favorable conditions.This paper based on virtual instrument finish a one-order inertial link the frequency characteristics of the determination of the design is the use of platinum resistance temperature sensor resistance properties are changing with temperature measurement temperature, belong to non-contact measurement temperature. In the hardware design, the constant current source circuit to heat resistance, will provide current thermal resistance temperature sensor and constant current source and certain resistors, through the circuit circuit to amplify the output voltage, the data sampling card, make other readings.huazhixin temperature signal into voltage signal.
