The ice is too thin for us to skate on.(2).在 tooto结构中,若 too 前有 not,never,nothing 等否定词时,此结构也表示肯 定意义. Eg.He is never too old to learn.(3).tooto结构可转换为 notenough to 结构或 sothat 结构。如“她太小,不能上 学。 ”可表达为: She is too young to go to school. She is not old enough to go to school.
