These resources which tend to be left in every staffs computer, are difficult to be found and shared. Therefore, effective management and sharing mechanism for electronic resources have important market significance. On the basis of present system, this paper deals with the study of how to manage and share electronic resources with computer science. And a system based on the B/S structure has been developed with the ASP.NET technology and the SQL Server Database. With this system, uploading, downloading, classified management, resource access control, system access control and system management can be implemented. During the test running, not only could users share and manage its own resources easily, but also access resources within his authorities conveniently. In this way, users are able to finish related tasks with pleasure. In conclusion, it has a very good effect and market expectation.
