本科毕业设计(论文)I基于单片机的多机通信在一体化控制系统的应用摘 要目前,在通信领域里,一对一的通讯方式已经远远不能满足人们设计的需要,多机通讯已经成为通讯领域的主流通讯方式。单片机多级通讯是指两台以上单片机组成的网络结构,可以通过串行通讯方式共同实现对某一过程的最终控制。然而,单片机对网络数据的处理方式不同于通用计算机系统,并且功能太过于局限性,在一定程度上阻碍了单片机在控制系统方面的应用。因此,一体化控制系统开始被人们重视。一体化控制是一种全新的工业控制理念,其集成度高,可把动力机构、执行器、计算机和传感器等相互构成一个功能完善自动化系统本设计是一个由单片机构成的温度一体化控制系统,它利用 8051 单片机和DS18B20 等其他器件实现。体现了多机通信的实用性,充分发挥了单片机在实时数据采集和数据管理上的优点以及一体化控制系统的优越性。温度测量部分工作原理是单片机利用 DS18B20 对温度进行采集,然后进行无线发送,接收端收到信号后,进行解码,之后实现温度显示。温度控制部分工作原理是由键盘输入欲设定的温度。温度控制信号送入 CPU 处理,通过 PID 算法输出控制信号,经无线收发电路发射出去,接受端收到信号经 CPU 处理控制半导体温控装置达到欲设定的温度。关键词:单片机,无线发送接收,温度控制,LED 显示,定时本科毕业设计(论文)IIMULTI-MACHINE COMMUNICATION IN THE INTEGRATED CONTROL SYSTEMABSTRACTAt present, in the area of communication, one-way communication cannot satisfy the needs of people when they make design. Multi-machine communication has become to the main tools of communications. Single Chip Multi-level communication means one network structure which composed by more than two SCM. It can control the work through a common serial communication finally. However, the SCM approach on the network data is different from general-purpose computer systems, and functions are too limited, to some extent, hindered the SCM applications in control systems. Therefore, integrated control systems began to be much attention.
