The development and innovation of science and technology will motivate other industries innovation and development . And there is a new demand on housing intellectualization in the era of information technology. This article sets up the studying point with beginning of the domestic and oversea research condition and theoretical study of housing intellectualization. Then there will be a further studying on the situation of housing intellectualization in Shen Zhen City, it aims to state and analyse the inconsonant levels of housing intellectualization ,points out that the growing contradiction between diversified requirements of resident and the shortage of housing intellectualization, and makes a specific analysis on the reason of the current situation of housing intellectualization in Shen Zhen City. Finally, focusing on the current market, the author makes a discussion about the development tendency of intellectualized housing and the prospect of comprehensive utilization and development with reference of the successful products cases of the region and beyond.
