4 4000000快捷酒店设计快捷酒店设计许昌学院本科生毕业论文（设计）- I - 摘 要快捷酒店设计，批准的建筑面积为 4000左右， 建筑主体为 5 层，首层层高4.25m，标准层层高 3.3m，总建筑高度 17.45m。拟采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，楼板与楼盖采用全现浇形式。借鉴以往的快捷酒店设计资料、 现行的国家和地方的法规和规范， 结合指导老师的指导，根据当地的现有情况满足该课题的各项要求。在充分理解快捷酒店设计任务要求的基础上，使建筑设计达到房间设置合理、使用方便、设计方法正确、步骤清晰完整。设计过程中，准备阶段主要工作为：收集必要的设计原始资料，做好设计前的调查研究工作，参考同类型设计的文字及图纸资料；学习有关的国家法律法规及规范，建筑设计的依据性文件等。本设计的主要内容包括快捷酒店的建筑方案设计和结构计算。其中结构设计计算是重点。采用手算进行空间结构计算分析，并采用一榀框架计算框架进行计算。其计算内容主要有：竖向荷载和风荷载、水平地震作用计算，各种荷载作用下框架内力分析及水平荷载作用下框架侧移验算，内力组合及框架梁、框架柱配工程筋计算，楼板配筋计算，楼梯和基础设计计算等。关键词 钢筋混凝土框架结构；内力组合；配筋计算；柱下独立基础；许昌学院本科生毕业论文（设计）- II - AbstractQuick hotel design, approved construction area of 4000 or so, building subject for 5 layers, layers of the first high 4.25 m, 3.3 m high standard layer upon layer, the total construction height of 17.45 m.
