内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书I摘摘 要要我设计的题目是移钢机设计 。移钢机是钢管生产的一个不可缺少的部分,是用来将钢管从一个工序送到下一工序,由回转装置和 S 形拨料钩组成的。其工作原理是利用链传动,采用电机、减速器驱动。回转臂将钢管放到链式输送机,在用链式输送机把钢管输送到下一工序的台架上。本设计是以包钢无缝钢管厂的工程实例惠斯顿移钢机,旋转周期 12.5s ,可根据工作要求实现钢管的上下料而设计的,说明书的绪论部分详细介绍了我国无缝钢管产业的新格局和发展状况,分析了我国无缝钢管产业的情况。说明书正文详细阐述了惠斯顿移钢机的结构和工作原理,此移钢机的结构主要由传动机构和回转机构组成。传动机构对移钢机的正常安全运行有着重要的作用,而回转机构的回转半径影响着钢管的移钢距离。在设计计算中,说明书中首先根据力能公式计算出电动机的有效功率,然后再根据有效功率功率选择电动机,并介绍了选用电动机原则;根据传动比选择减速器的类型和型号,并对减速器的润滑做了简单的介绍;根据传动方案设计直齿圆柱齿轮传动,并对齿轮进行强度校核;还进行了轴的结构设计以及轴的强度校核,最后对轴承、联轴器和制动器等一些零件进行选择以及安全校核。经过上面一系列的设计计算及校核,设计出的移钢机便可以正常安全的工作。关键词:关键词:移钢机 回转机构 传动方案内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书IIAbstractAbstractI designed the titleShift Steel Machine 。Shift steel pipe production line machine is an indispensable part of the pipe from one process to an important tool for the next process, mainly by the rotating device and S-shaped hook material composed of dial.
