Urban students and rural students usually surf on line in schools, but the Internet in the choice of home or Internet cafe is obviously different, and Internet addiction severe addicts urban students was significantly higher than the proportion of rural students. This is mainly due to the differences from equipment and environment using between the urban students and rural students. Key words: urban and rural; college students; Internet use; Hunan
