信 息 工 程 职 业 学 院毕 业 项 目 设 计 （ 论 文 ）姓 名 宋文革 学 号 专 业 软件技术专业 系 别 微软 IT 学院 指导教师 指导系部 微软 IT 学院 2011 年 4 月 25 日教师工作量管理系统的设计与实现专业：软件技术 班级：软件技术 1 班 姓名： 指导教师： 摘 要：随着信息化时代的到来和发展，智能化管理已为成必然趋势。而今，数据库软件行业发展迅猛，需要管理的数据量更是成几何倍增长，如何能快速、高效、准确、便捷的管理数据量已成为众多 DBA（DataBase Administrator）所面临的一大难题。今天，我们所开发的这款“教师工作量管理系统就具有这样的功能。不过，它除了能进行数据管理之外，更提供了工作量计算、教师工作量查询等其它功能，可以说它有别于其它数据管理软件，或者说它更接近应用软件才算恰当。它就是“教师工作量管理系统”一款由人、数据库和计算机系统等组成的，能进行信息采集、传递、储存、加工、维护和使用的系统。它的使命极其简单，那就是代替过去大量、繁杂的手工操作，以解放人们的双手尤其是高校教师的双手。本文分析了目前对于教师工作量缺乏的数字资源管理系统的现状，研究了教师工作量统计所需要的功能模块，借鉴和结合了许多关于信息管理系统的图书资料，提出了一套系统的开发方案，实现了对教师工作量进行有效的统计，重点实现了对教师工作量的计算工作。本系统利用了.net 开发平台和 SQL 数据库技术，是根据高校教师工作量管理需求而开发的一个能够高效运行的统计系统，实现对教师基本信息、教师工作的高效管理，是专门为教育管理机构设计的。Abstract:With the arrival of information age and development, intelligent management has become an inevitable trend. For teachers lack of digital resources management work, studies the system present situation of teachers workload statistics needed function modules, reference and combines many about information management system of library materials, puts forward a set of system development scheme for teachers, realizing the effective statistics, work on the workload realized to teachers computational work.
