Profile (specifications) needed to purchase machining line of cylinder block 1. Target of the project: Formation, Construction and design of cylinder blocks machining line capable of machining two kind of( eruo4+ tiba) engine cylinder blocks. 2. Production Capacity: The annual production capacity: 400000 cylinder blocks. 3. Process Machining process involves the following steps: 3.1. Inputs control 3.2. Preliminary machining 3.3. The washing step (Among stage) 3.4. Assembly of Caps 3.5. Final machining 3.6. The washing step (Among stage) 3.7. Honing 3.8. Final washing & deburring 3.9. Assembly of cap seals 3.10. Final measurement, grade and classification 4. Ambient (environmental) conditions 4.1. Two shifts working (long working), 20 working hours per day 4.2. 265 working days per year 4.3. Working temperature is between 5 to 40 C 4.4. Three phases current 380-400 V, 50 HZ & rural current 220 V 4.5. Maximum of ambient sound level, 78 db 4.6. Air Pressure: 7 bar 5. Production lines features 5.1. Line type: transfer 5.2. One year warranty after installation and 10 years service after sales 5.3. Dust absorption & reduction system in accordance with ISO14000 & OHSAS standards 5.4. Full automatic production system with error announced scheme, troubleshooting software & error elimination system 5.5. Includes control systems during the production process and end of lines controlling systems, recording of information with providing of SPC 5.6. Adjustment of the production lines for different products at the lowest possible time 5.7. Utilize of control systems (PLC, Siemens model) 5.8. Full list of spare parts should be presented (Obtainable & accessible) 5.9. All programs for machinery machining (with attention to workstations) should be provided 5.10. All applications and backup of all software (Like PLC) should be provided 5.11. All documents must be in English and also should be provided in hardcopy (paper base) and softcopy (CD) form 5.12. All machinery and equipment must be comply with the Europeans CE standard & should be provided from valid brands 5.13. Comprehensive control panel for controlling and monitoring of the production line 5.14. A control panel for each of the devices to perform the necessary adjustments 5.15. Provide drawing of all used and repaired parts 5.16. All Jig and fixtures drawing and all drawings of pallets 5.17. Drawings and plans for automation systems 5.18. Consist of safety system to protection of fluctuations and disconnection in electric power during production 5.19. Charging system & discharge units between stations, beginning and end of lines automatically 5.20. Final full automatic measurement system and grade of cylinder blocks 5.21. Provide full repair & maintenance program with a software related comprehensive system of maintenance and repair of machining line 5.22. Provide all the equipments and accessories, Tool Set, and other equipment needed for adjustment and repair of cutting tools 5.23. Provide tools management systems with the software for managing of machining lines tools 5.24. Equipment for measuring and control of inputs materials (including dimensional measurement tools & quality control of materials with attention to their type, function and performance 5.25. All measurement tools during production 5.26. It should be considered a washing machine & deburring machine at the end of line and two washing machine (during stages) should be considered as lines equipment 5.27. Provide tools and assembly equipment for caps & cap seal assembly stations 5.28. Provide lubrication system & system for discharge of burrs and other wastes according to environmental standards (ISO14000 & OHSAS standards) with regard to least amount of lubrication fluid and evaporation as well as long-time for replacement of fluid for lubrication 6. Designer and manufacturer requirements 6.1. Designer and manufacturer of the line should be considered as a famous one between automotive manufacturers and have good experience in providing of the same lines 6.2. Designer and manufacturer should provide specifications of the latter 3 lines that has been installed by themselves and offer their plans to visit the above lines 6.3. Designer and manufacturer of the line must observe all technical standards, security, ergonomics and environmental compliance and provide all required standards 6.4. If the agreed quantity and quality do not achieve Designer and manufacturer of the line will be obliged to consider changes to achieve the necessary performance as soon as possible 6.5. The main supplier of pneumatic and hydraulic tools and equipment should have a valid representation inside of Iran 6.6. Designer and manufacturer should line up and organize all of their administrator and staffs in site to achieve the ultimate capacity and the manufacturers representative must be established at the line till Th
