Since late 2003, the rise in house prices year after year is attracting wide attention from all sectors of society, high prices have far exceeded the capacity of ordinary people, to peoples lives has brought great pressure, not only affect the social and economic development, but also affect peoples basic living, bringing a range of issues also attracted quite a lot of dissatisfaction. Coupled with recent speculation within the real estate market is repeatedly drawing the publics disgust, so people want to fall in home prices is increasing. Government regulation and oversight of the introduction of measures to the real estate market is even more stringent than the last, house prices could fall, could stabilize the real estate market sparked heated debate over and over again.
