武汉体育学院硕士学位论文湖北省农村初中体育教师继续教育的现状及对策姓名:张晓荣申请学位级别:硕士专业:体育人文社会学指导教师:徐茂卫20100301摘摘 要要 本文以湖北省农村初中体育教师为研究对象,通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,从体育教师的队伍结构、工作情况、继续教育情况等方面对其展开调查和分析。目的是了解湖北省农村初中体育教师的现状,找出存在的问题,提出一些参考性的意见和对策,为完善教师教育理论,推进农村初中体育教师继续教育的深入发展,促进农村中学体育教师的专业化和可持续发展提供一些理论依据。 通过调查分析得出以下结论: 1湖北省农村初中体育教师参加继续教育的积极性较高,但功利色彩较重,对教师继续教育效果也不太满意。 表明湖北省农村初中体育教师继续教育实际效果与预期的效果存在着差异,继续教育工作过程中有些方面还需进一步改进。 2湖北省农村初中体育教师男教师的人数比女教师高出数倍,性别比例失调,以中青年男教师为主,拥有较高学历,基本完成学历补偿阶段,但初始学历、职称较低。 3 湖北省农村初中体育教师的工作量较大, 计算机水平有待提升, 科研水平偏低,要提高其科研能力,加强综合素质的培养。 针对湖北省农村初中体育教师继续教育的上述问题,提出如下建议: 1体育教师和继续教育有关部门都应摒弃功利主义思想,更新继续教育理念,树立终身教育观念,进一步提高体育教师继续教育重要性的认识。 2 要注意女性体育教师数量的增加和质量的提高, 增加学校女性体育教师的配备,加强对女性体育教师的重视。 3体育教师应定期撰写教学心得和教学论文,积极参与课题研究,开展丰富多彩的教育科学研究活动;教育主管部门应加大农村教育投入力度,聘请学者、专家进行指导, 加强现代体育理论和体育科研方法的继续教育, 制定体育教师科研成果的奖励机制。 4加强对体育教师继续教育的规范管理,运用约束和激励相结合的机制,设立严格的体育教师考核奖惩制度, 完善教师继续教育体制, 促进体育教师业务素质全面提高。 5继续教育主管部门在继续教育之前,广泛开展调查研究和科学研究;在继续教育过程中,精选继续教育内容,多运用实践问题专题讨论等教学形式。 关键词:关键词:湖北省;农村初中;体育教师;继续教育 IAbstract By means of the documentary review, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis etc., this paper investigates and analyzes the staff structure, working condition and further education of the PE teachers in rural junior high schools in Hubei province. It aims at comprehending the current situation of the PE teachers in rural junior high schools in Hubei province, discovering the problems and putting forward advisory opinions and countermeasures so as to provide a theoretical basis for perfecting teachers education theories, putting forward in depth the development of the further education of the PE teachers in rural junior high schools and promoting their specialization and sustainable development. The following are conclusions drawn from the investigation: 1. Despite their enthusiasm in further education , the PE teachers in rural junior high schools in Hubei province have strong utilitarianism of it and are not so satisfied with the its effect. It indicates that there is a gap between the actual effect and the expected effect of the further education for them and some aspects of the further education need to be improved. 2. There is obvious imbalance between the male and female PE teachers in rural junior high schools in Hubei province, with the number of the former being several times that of the latter. The majority of the PE teachers are middle-aged and young male teachers who have finished their diploma compensation phase and achieved relatively advanced diploma. However, their first diploma and ranks are quite low. 3. They have quite heavy work load with low level of scientific research and need more study in computers. Whats important is to promote their ability in scientific research and reinforce the cultivation of their comprehensive quality. The following are the suggestions based on the problems above: 1. Both the PE teachers and the related departments on further education should abandon utilitarianism, renew the ideas of further education and cultivate the sense of lifelong education. The PE teachers should have a deeper insight into the importance of further education. 2. Efforts should be made to increase the number of female PE teachers and improve their quality. More female PE teachers should be assigned to schools with more importance IIattached to them. 3. PE teachers should write teaching reflection and teaching papers regularly, participate in research work actively and develop various educational and scientific research activities. The administrative departments on education should increase the education input into the rural areas, invite scholars and experts for guidance, reinforce the further education of the modern sports theories and physical education approaches and develop award mechanism of the PE teachers scientific achievements. 4. The standardized management of the further education of the PE teachers should be strengthened. With the Incentive and Disciplinary Mechanism, exacting policy of assessment, reward and punishment should be developed to perfect the teachers further education and promote the overall improvement of the professional qualities of the PE teachers. 5. The administrative departments on further education should implement widespread investigation and scientific research before the further education program begins. In the process of further education, they should select of the teaching contents carefully and adopt such teaching forms as special discussion on practical problems more often.
