In the modern city the development of city dont only depend on the city building, but also relate to the good urban management. The modern government not only uses more resource in city building. At the same time the quality of urban governance and efficiency to pay a lot of energy. Traditional urban management has many projects, but management tools are relatively simple. Because of the human, urban management is not very high efficiency. In some urban management industry, although managers through a variety of means to attain that objective. But often requires great efforts and financial resources, even unable to complete.
