Shear Connector Test Of The Concrete Composite Box Girder With Corrugated Steel Webs A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate:Ma Yuanfei Supervisor:Prof. He Shuanhai Changan University, Xian, China I 摘 要 波纹钢腹板箱梁是一种新型的钢混组合结构,具有预应力效率高、自重轻、施工方便快捷、造型美观等优点,由于其良好的力学性能,已经得到了广泛应用。 波纹钢腹板与砼顶底板之间的连接件是此种组合梁的关键部位,国内外学者已就此展开试验研究,但多数模型试验仅就单孔(或单个)连接件进行了推出试验,未对多孔连接件的传力机理进行专门研究。基于此,本文就常见的两种连接件(Twin-PBL及角钢连接件)进行多孔(多个)的连接件推出试验。主要研究成果如下: (1)Twin-PBL 连接件在弹性工作阶段大部分剪切力由第一孔承担,开孔钢板第一孔破坏后,内力会发生应力重分布,由后几孔继续承担剪切力,且仍然有较大的承载潜力。 Twin-PBL 连接件承载力随着孔数的增加并非呈线性增长,试验表明:两孔Twin-PBL 剪力件比单孔 Twin-PBL 剪力件承载力大 25%,三孔 Twin-PBL 剪力件比两孔 Twin-PBL 剪力件承载力大 11%,第四孔后,每增加一孔对剪力件整体承载力的增加小于 3%。 (2)角钢连接件在弹性及塑性阶段第一块钢板和第二块钢板的传力系数基本不变,第二块角钢钢板的主拉应力和第一块角钢钢板的主拉应力比值在 0.4 左右,传力较为稳定。有限元计算在计算 Twin-PBL 和角钢连接件时,其计算结果在弹性范围内能很好地模拟连接件的受力状态,在混凝土开裂后,试验值大于有限元值。 本文的研究内容及成果对今后使用这两种剪力件起到借鉴作用,以及对剪力件的进一步研究具有参考价值。 关键词:波纹钢腹板箱梁,Twin-PBL 连接件,角钢连接件,模型试验II Abstract The concrete composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is a new type of steel-concrete composite structure,which prestressed with high efficiency, light weight, convenient construction, beautiful modeling, etc. It is extensive used in France and Japan countries lies in its super-performance on mechanics. Shear connector is a key factor whether it can make full use of its stress performance or not. The paper introduces two kinds of shear connector (Twin - PBL connector and angle steel connector) and carried on the theory study, analyzed with FEA method and the static test. In view of the existing research results have yet to Twin - PBL connector for more than 4 holes above the launch of the experimental study. The paper introduces on the basis of predecessors research achievements to do further research, the main content is as follows. Collecting and summary of domestic and foreigner Twin-PBL, angle steel connector formula, comparative analysis. Through the static on the 6 holes Twin-PBL shear connector launch test, monitoring every hole under all levels of load stress values and trends, the Twin-PBL connector of the stress distribution and stress analysis of the connecting piece. Tracking failure process connections, description of the external characteristics of connection failure, try to make the connections in the actual use, once a problem can find the early, timely treatment. The paper introduces connecting piece for different thickness of steel plate adopts the comparative test, effects of plate thickness on the connecting element stress performance comparison. Through the test results of 6 hole Twin-PBL, and single hole at home and abroad to launch test results contrast, analysis of different porous state force and single hole stress. The first hole is connected to the Twin-PBL failure, continue to pressure, stress change of second holes, the connecting piece in the event of single hole after the destruction of the bearing capacity were studied. Through the comparison of static test and finite element numerical calculation results, verify the rationality of finite element analysis. The Twin-PBL angle steel connections, finite element numerical results and theoretical calculation results were compared and analyzed.
