2,4-D 和 6-BA 对何首乌叶片愈伤组织诱导的影响摘 要何首乌不仅是传统中药植物，在食用和保健方面也具有很高的使用价值。随着人们对何首乌的研究不断深入，传统的繁殖方法已经不能满足市场的需求。采用组织培养快速繁殖繁技术不仅可以保护品种的遗传性，而且不受外界条件影响，可以在较短时间内繁育出上百万株种苗。很多研究学者已对何首乌的茎、叶等通过组织培养获得再生植株。本次研究取何首乌的幼嫩叶片为外殖体，以 MS 为基本培养基。通过调节培养基中 2，4-D、6-BA 的不同浓度，研究激素对何首乌叶片诱导分化的影响，结果表明外殖体的诱导分化以 MS+2，4-D (1mg/L)+6-BA(0.5mg/L)+蔗糖 30g/L+琼脂 20g/L 组合的培养基最佳，出愈率最高。关键词 何首乌，组织培养，愈伤组织ABSTRACTPolygonum multiflorum is not only the traditional Chinese medicine plants ，also has a high value in the food and health care，With the deepening of Polygonum, traditional breeding methods have been unable to meet market demand.
