上海交通大学硕士学位论文基于提升企业核心竞争力的技术创新战略选择研究姓名：王延峰申请学位级别：硕士专业：管理科学与工程指导教师：谢富纪20050101上海交通大学硕士学位论文 基于提升企业核心竞争力的技术创新战略选择研究 基于提升企业核心竞争力的技术创新战略选择研究 摘 要 在科技日新月异的知识经济时代 核心竞争力是企业在纷繁复杂的市场环境中获取和保持竞争优势的唯一来源 而企业核心竞争力在一定程度上约束着企业技术创新的方向和目标从而制约和影响着企业的技术创新战略选择同时技术创新战略反过来对企业核心竞争力具有反作用 适当的技术创新战略促进核心竞争力的培育和提升并促进核心竞争力的扩散与转移因此研究基于提升企业核心竞争力的技术创新战略选择对当前我国加入WTO 以后企业发展和应对国际竞争有重要的现实指导意义 本文在阅读大量相关文献的基础上采用系统工程的理论和分析方法对比研究法博弈分析以及案例分析等方法相结合从国际比较研究博弈分析模型以及长虹电子集团案例分析三个维度研究了企业基于提升核心竞争力的技术创新战略选择 首先是美日韩三国企业的技术创新战略比较研究及对我国企业和政府的启示 详细分析了三国企业技术创新战略所具有的特征及形成这些特征的主要支撑环境产权体系政府角色及社会支撑体系在此基础上为我国企业和政府提出了三点借鉴一是确立企业技术创新的主体地位真正使企业成为技术创新的投资主体利益主体风险主体研究开发主体和决策主体并根据技术本身演进规律和市场发展动态决定企业的技术创新战略 二是建立和完善国家创新系统转变政府职能形成企业技术创新的良好政府支撑环境引导企业采用适宜的技术创新战略三是形成完善的技术创新社会支撑环境 其次在对三种基本的技术创新战略自主创新战略模仿创新战略合作创新战略 特点对比分析和研究的基础上 引入了技术风险因子和市场风险因子并结合影响企业选择技术创新战略的其他因素建立博弈分析模型分析了企业在动态的经济环境中如何进行技术创新战略选择 上海交通大学硕士学位论文 基于提升企业核心竞争力的技术创新战略选择研究 第三 以长虹电子集团为案例分析对象 针对中国家电企业发展的独特轨迹在总结了长虹电子集团二十年风雨历程的基础上 探讨了长虹的技术创新战略的演进路径及其在长虹电子集团的发展过程中的影响和作用 概括出长虹电子集团的四个能力维度的三期扩张演进路径 本文的研究工作是将西方管理学者有关技术创新 技术创新战略和核心竞争力等多方面的理论成果结合起来通过进行以上三方面的研究尤其是通过探索性地运用博弈分析模型 试图对我国企业选择适宜的技术创新战略提供有益的指导 关键词核心竞争力技术创新博弈分析技术创新战略战略选择上海交通大学硕士学位论文 基于提升企业核心竞争力的技术创新战略选择研究 1RESEARCH ON SELECTION OF STRATEGY ON TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION BASED ON ENHANCEMENT OF CORE COMPETENCE OF THE CORPORATION ABSTRACT In the time of knowledge economy with science and technology passing day by day, core competence will and must be the unique resource for the corporation to obtain and maintain the competitive advantage in the complex and complicated market. Core competence of the corporation will limit its direction and purpose of technological innovation to some extent; at the same time, Strategy on technological innovation will also take an effect on core competence of the corporation. Appropriate strategy on technological innovation will promote the adoption and update of core competence, and also speed up the diffusion and transfer of core competence. Overall, researching on how to select strategy on technological innovation based on updating core competence of the corporation is of significance for Chinese enterprises to continue growing and face up global competition since Chinas entrance to WTO. On the basis of literature review, the author resolves to systematic engineering theory and analysis method, comparison method, game theory and case study, to research on selection of strategies on technological innovation based on updating core competence from three aspects, such as international comparison, game theory model and case study on Chang Hong Electronic Group. To begin with, compare on strategies on technological innovation of American enterprises, Japanese enterprises and Korean enterprises and offer inference for Chinese government and enterprises. The author analyzes in details the characteristic of their technological innovation strategies respectively and their supportive environment such as ownership structure, government role and social support system. Based on this, our national enterprises and government should learn from them in that the major role of technological innovation is confirmed and let the corporations themselves be in charge of the investment, risk, gain, R national innovation system should be set up and improved and our government should help build the supportive environment in facilitating and enhancing the corporations innovation; last but not the least, the social supportive system is badly needed. Secondly, on the analysis of the characteristics of basic technological innovation strategy, the model combines technological risk, market risk factors and other affective factors to give a better explanation of how the corporations choose their strategies in the dynamic economic surroundings. Thirdly, case study of Chang Hong Group describes the development track of Chinese home appliances manufactures and focuses on Chang Hong evolution roadmap of technological innovation strategy and its impact on the whole group performance. Particularly the enlargement roadmap of this group in its four competences during three periods is also described in the analysis. The research in the thesis combines the plentiful western theories in technological innovation, strategy and core competence. Based on these, game theory model is used as well to make an explorative practice in hope of offering a good guidance for Chinese enterprises in their choice of appropriate technological innovation strategies.
