By analyzing the water pollution, soil pollution and solid waste pollution situation in the new countryside construction progress, this paper indicate that three major reasons of the rural ecological environment multiple pollution are pollution-intensive industries rapiddly transferring to rural, excessive use of chemicals and unreasonable use of land, and finally conclude ecological and environmental protection measures: improve the rural ecological environmental protection policies, regulations and standards system; strengthen the governments role in the management of the ecological environment; establish a sound environmental management system in rural areas; and increase environmental publicity, education and training efforts.1. IntroductionWe must attach importance to rural environmental protection to build ecological civilization, and promoting the building of a new socialist countryside. However, in some areas, various diseases due to environmental pollution have been a serious threat to the huge number of farmers health. Still in some areas, farmland irrigation by sewage and wastewater as well as pesticides and fertilizers result in decreased crop quality, which has greatly decrease the income of the farmers. These environmental problems have influenced the total goal of the country that both cities and countrysides should develop balancedly and stably.Ecological environment refers to the total resouces of nature which influence the social and economical development of human beings including water resources, land resources, biological resources and climatic resources ect. Ecological environment problems refer to the nagtive effects of pollutions caused by human beings during the process of using and transforming nature in order to survive and develop. In recent years, in order to develop the economy in rural areas, the ecological environment has been greatly influenced that water pollution, air pollution and soil pollution become serious.2. At present, most of the people living in countryside mainly take underground water for drinking as well as agriculture irrigation. In fact, much of the underground water has been polluted that it leads to the shortage of water. From the State Environmental Protection Administration, a group of the latest data show that more than 50% of our drinking water are unsafe. The latest report from China Environmental Monitoring Center(June 2005) said that in Chinas major seven river systems, there are 49.2% of the water qualities reach class to . The percentage of Class to (contaminated water ,can not be used as a source of drinking water)are 28.5%. there are 22.5% of the water below class (the loss of direct access function). Serious water pollution caused crop production decreasing. The currently deteriorated water quality in the rural areas of China is commonly due to the non-point source pollution from the wastewater of rural living and agricultural production, and the essential issue of water pollution is water eutroohication(Song Li,2009).64% of the undergound water has been polluted which has been introduced in challenges and opportunities of China groundwater in 2009.2.2 Soil pollution About 25% of our countrys soil are in a state of alert, about 5% of those are polluted more seriously. Pesticide contamination in vegetables is a more serious problem. The aguiculture production has been lake of security. The agriculture products safety problems and human health problems caused by soil pollution occurs from time to time and becomes important factors affected agricultural production, the health of people and the social stability.2.3 Solid waste pollutionAccording to the report of environmental development in China in 2009, the total volume of the industrial solid waste is about 1757 million tons, among which about 1 million is dangerous waste. There still are 31 cities do not deal with the dangerous waste as required. The average rate of the free-pollution disposal of the house refuse is about 67.58% with 158 cities do not deal with as required. With the increasing number of the solid waste, there are many contagious diseases occurrs and this also lead to induce cancer. At the same time, it also pollutes the water and soil that greatly damage the health of human beings.3 Causes of the problems3.1 pollution-intensive industrie
