The reasons can be listed as following: Childrens education is promised to be in highquality. The society surrounded by me and my family must be family-based. The welfare makes me have the chance to enjoy my rest of my life. The environment is much better than in my hometown.Therefore, in order to make this ideal lifetime goal to be more realistic, it is important to combine my interest withthe advantages that I have.Hence, to get a position such as a general manger of a hotel group turns into be my final lifetime goal in a more specified viewpoint.In my opinion, an executive administrator needs three necessary elements, rich experience, language skills and a coordinative degree. So I set up two main sections to strengthenthem.The coming five yearsIn this stage of time, I focus on getting a degree and my performance in internship.First of all, I plan to get my bachelor degree with an honor in three years so that I can apply for Cornells Master of Hospitality Management degree. It means that I should work harder than others and manage my time efficiently. Try to catch every opportunity to practice French such as to greet in French with my friends at least five times per day and read French news every week.On the other hand, I prefer to have my career in a hotel group so that with this objective, it would be helpful if I could apply for international internships.
