They: 果断的主管在人际交往中直截了当、诚恳又不失礼貌。他们：Are better leaders 是高人一筹的领导。Handle criticism effectively 能有效地面对批评。Say “ no” without feeling guilty 不怯于说“不”。Know how to delegate 知道如何下放权力。Sell their ideas to their bosses and employees 向他们的上司和员工宣传自己的想法。Gain respect 受人尊敬。Handle putdowns 能对付不敬的举动。The Passive Personality被 动 型 性 格Passive supervisors often appear to have no control over events, so they accept whatever happens.
