IntroductionRecently,tens of thousand of company organization in the world,each company has its own management style.If you want to make your company stand out a good organization structure management made is very be necessary.Different company have different management styles.A good management style can lead a company to success.A company need select a management style which is most suitable for their company.As a proverb says:A good beginning is half of success.So far a company management style is very significant.The paper discussions on two management styles.There are decentralization and authorization.Decentralization is company organization for the play to the initiative of lower organizations,and the production management decision-making authority to subordinate organizations,top leadership focus only on a few relations global interests and major problems of decision-making.The authorization is top leadership spread their right to the department,the authorized department has the a part of right to independent decision,but the general rights in superior rights granted at a lower level,is the behavior if a short term nature.And the separation of powers is a part of power is inherently more on at a lower level,there is a long-term qualtative behavior.Authorization is the superior,and organizational accountability system is the decentralization.Anenterprise only authorized regularly,can know the subordinate ability how to deal with problems,if satisfactory,to long for the separation of powers.II.Literature ReviewsOrganizational structure is the formal arrangement of jobs within an organization.Departmentalization is jobs are grouped together.Decentralization is company organization for the play to the initiative and crentivity of lower organizations. Delegation:The leader provides little direction or support.Stephen P.RobbinsManagement Tenth Edition“A structure design attribute to an ideal organization,should do not have any meeting,everyone can understand his work,should have to understand things,should also live his work,said the necessary resources at anytime”.“The meeting is too much,should be from a position or a department work,spread to some job or few units.”Peter F.DruckerThe Essential Drucker III.Case AnalyzeThe early 50s,the American General Electric company took the way of separation of powers.As time goes on,the company became hard to manage.Though this case,we can learn about organizational structure and”centralization or decentralization”,are very significant.Organizational.Centralization is the degree to which decision making takes place at upper levels of the organization.Decentralization is the power of the organization is not concentrated in a member,but scattered throughout the organization.The General Electric companys president took the way of decentralization of powers,because they had a high income and companys size became larger.They need to change of structure of the company.The used Divisional Structure.Step1:They divided the company into several department and subsidiaries.Due to General electric company become larger.They established subsidiaries at different region.From product design,raw materials product sales.Above mentioned are responsible by the department and its subordinate factories.They implementated independent accounting,independent operations,budget control and supervision group.Also some division is responsible for the procurement and sales,production and supply and marking division,but this kind of business isnt work in final.Step2:The company adopts decentralization system.The company power allocated to subsidiaries,manage themselves.Top leadership focus only on a few relations global interest and major problems of decision-making.As a result,when the scale of the company is more and more big,the top leadership manage is subsidiaries is very difficult.As far as I am concerned,General Electric company appear this kind of phenomenon due to the management of the head office to the subsidiary is less.Leading to the power of the subsidiary gradualy instead of corporation,the corporation has no advantage in the respect.From another point of view,company leadership can get rid of the daily affairs,they can focus on considering the global problems.Divisional system adopt independent business accounting,better play to enthusiam of the operation production and achieve the internal coordination of the enterprise.General electric company not done enough in decentralized system of ideal,in fact,the separation of powers is a very effective way of management,the key is also other aspects to form a complete set.IV.ConclusionIn my opinion,General Electric company should use authorization system.Because the authorization to recover the power.In total,manage a company,not only excellent managers,but also need more active employees,managers need to see the current situation,estab
