HVAC 暖通Mabel Xu课程将包括.HVAC设计模块的进入环境HVAC设计数据的存储和显示HVAC的管件布置HVAC设计模块的进入环境进入口令 HVACRUN PDMS进入HVAC模块HVAC设计数据的存储和显示HVAC设计数据的层次HVAC设计数据的存储和显示Add CE to drawlistBlueGreenCyanHVAC的管件布置DesignHVAC Designer(进入HVAC模块) CREATEHVAC Contro l Use Ful l /Bri e f Fo rmf打开HVAC生成窗体菜单,如下HVAC的管件布置选择Contro l Style Options,设置除了OK/Cancel Forms按钮,其余所有的选项设置为ON,如图 所示:A ppl y / D i s m i s s步骤如下:产生HVAC在CE当前 元素ZONE /HVACZONE下Available TypesHVAC的NAME为HTESTHVAC1.生成一些管理层元素在Categories下仍设置为PDMS BranchesAvailable Types选择Main Branch ElementBranch Name输入为HTESTB1Specification为TUTORIAL设置Branch Head Shape 为RectHead Direction NDuct width AA 1000Duct depth AB 500Insulation Thickness 50mm我们指定Branch Head 在前墙上的墙洞中心在Head Start下拉选项中选择ID Design PPoint点取Apply后, 指定设计点,用鼠标选取负实体Box 的P5点Dismiss HVAC Main Branch Element 窗口注意:main branch 和side branch的区别之一是main branch需要定义起点的位置和方向,而side branch的起点是连接到有P3点的三通件2.生成HVAC的管件首先生成一个矩形直管,移动Straight的位置 Move By S5000D96QueryPositionOrigin将看到:E 3048mm S 5125mm U 3300mm重定义Branch Head的位置CONNECT 到HVAC Branch Head to First Member当前元素指在StraightCategoriesInline Plant EquipmentRectangular Fire Dampername为FD1移动它到墙洞(POSITIONThroughID ElementLookPlan North生成一个Rectangular Square BendLeave Direction W注意:此项操作将产生两个元件Bend和SPLRPDMS的组合件描述,如图:2.生成HVAC的管件(继续)生成一个Rectangular Radiused Bend设置Inside Radius 为100 Leave Direction 是 N移动Bend到西墙POSITION Through ID Element然后移动到墙内POSITION Move by E800D150因为两个Bend上下有偏差,需在两个元件之间生成 一个 Rectangular Mitred Offset元件长度通过选择 Fit按钮,自动测量出A OFFset 是150导航到最后一个元件Bend, 生成第二个Radiused Bend , Inside Radius用默认值, Leave Direction East, 请看下图:用Through ID Element 到最北边的墙,然后用Move By S1500下面将生成一个circular section silencer, 但是为 了正确安装它,需先插入一个square-to-round transformation piece(方变圆的转换件)CategoriesTransformationsAvailable TypesSquare to Round 输入Duct Diameter为750. 位置定义到其东面的梁上,然后 Move By E300现在选择Inline Plant Equipment生成一个Circular Silencer, name 是SILE1,设置Outer Diameter 到 950我们将加入一个新的转换器,恢复到矩形管,可以用拷贝来生 成, 点取Create Copy ID按纽,选取Square-to-round transformation到拷贝,在Square to Round Transformation 窗口,设置Flip Cire/Rect选项到Yes,PA和PL点将反转,完成 后显示如下图:下面将加入一个三通件从RectangularSquare Threeway Duct Width LA 和Second Width设为800Leave Direction 设为S移动三通件 Distance 1500当前为三通件,生成一个Rectangular Radiused Bend Leave Direction 设为East使Bend和最东边的墙洞对齐,Through ID Element生成一个Rectangular Fire Damper,name 为FD2最后,连接Branch Tail 到Fire Damper一个完成的HVAC的布置如下:附加的HVAC MODELGrid/Tiling Utility: 有三项内容1.设置一个setting-out point(s.o.p)2.生成Grid Lines3.加入tiles到一个指定的平面位置Controlclose关闭HVAC 窗口选择UtilitiesHVAC Tiles/Grid LayoutSetting Out Point, S.O.P的name是HTESTSOP1,设置Out Point Height 为 2700OK 后定义S.O.P的位置到小房子中心 ,PositionExplicitly(AT) E15000 N9000 U2700 选择UtilitiesHVAC Ti les/Grid LayoutGrid from S.O.P.East/West and North/South Grid spacing是600Click OK选择South-West角和North-East角选择UtilitiesHVAC Tiles/Grid LayoutApply Tilies in GridEast/West和North/South Tile Width的设置是600Click OK生成一些Side Branches首先在Main Branches产生一个Branches Connesctors,插入到Three-Way 件后CreateHVACBranch ConnectorsFlat OvalABoot元件设置Boot Width 到 610Boot Depth 到 152BOffset 到 100Boot Direction 到 EThrough ID Element 到S.O.P从PDMS BranchesSide BranchBranch Name HTESTB1.1Insulation Thickness 50mmSpecification the current defaultConnect Head Branch ConnectorClick Apply新的Side branch的第一个元件, 生成一个Flat Oval Straight Width Direction 是N我们需要产生两个circular boot connectors(圆截面的风口 连接件)到两个tile位置生成第一个Circular BootBranch ConnectorsBoot Diameter 150Inner Extension 76Distance from Leave 100Boot Direction N生成第二个Circular BootBranch ConnectorsBoot Diameter 150Inner Extension 76Distance from Leave 700Boot Direction S生成第二个Flat Oval Straight, 用Fit, Length将为 2525完成第一个Side Branch, 加入一个Cap到最后一个 Straight后产生一个Flat Oval Cap End最后,连接Branch Tail 到Last Member导航到第一个Side Branch(HTESTB1.1),生成一个 新的Side Branch,Branch name HTESTB1.1.1insulation thickness 50mm连接新的Side Branch的Head到circular boot connector生成Circular Straight: Length 750选择ChooseLeajointMale SocketDuct Depth LB=300;Rectangular Box Height=75;Circular Extansion = 50; Circular Joint=MALE从Inline Plant EquipmentRectangular Grille InLineName=GRIL1End Width=400End Depth=400Grille Length=50AExtansion=0Position At ID Element到Tile导航到spigot box 选择Postion At Next指定Flexible Bend Modify CE Fit(则Arrive Extension = 120 Leave Extension=225)完成的Side Branch /HTESTB1.1.1展示如下:重复产生/HTESTB1.1.1的过程,生成/HTESTB1.1.2Grille命名为/GRIL2生成第四个Side Branch名字为 /HTESTB1.2Connect Head to Threeway Item选取Main Branch(/HTESTB1)上的Threeway元件生成Rectangular Radiused Bend点取Transpose Width/Depth按纽:Duct Width AA = 500Duct Depth AB=800Angle = 135Inside Radius = 100Leave Direction = D生成Rectangular Radiused Splitter插入到Bend内部(分流 器),Splitter Radius到200生成Rectangular Mesh End(过滤网)Connect Branch Tai
