In a university, We have compulsory courses like Chinese, math, English, history, politics and so on to have an all-around development no matter what we choose to major in. Whats more, we can make many friends during our life in the university. Once we graduate and start to work, we wont treat others so sincerely because in the real, adult world, we have so many concerns and worries. Friends made in the university could be our whole lifes treasure. Last but not least, a degree is definitely a must while finding jobs, but experience is also of great importance. Some suggest the idea that experience is more important. Others argue that education plays a more important role. I personally think education outweighs experience in finding a job. Id like to explain my idea in the following aspects:Firstly, in a more and more advanced world, many jobs need special skills, and thus a less educated person is unlikely to do the job efficiently. For example, a teacher is a highly specialized job which needs high education. An experienced but not well educated teacher will probably do his teaching poorly. Secondly, enough education makes a person more intelligent. Intelligence is both important and necessary for doing an excellent job. Employers like to employ those well-educated and intelligent candidates. And well-educated employees can get experience during working, and then they will become more and more professional. For instance, jobs like accounting require good mathematical skill and high IQ. And after a period of training, a person who is good at math may do the job better. Thirdly, well-educated people can leave a good impression on their employers. A well-educated person may be a quick learner. This is very important in a competitive society. For example, when a company has an important foreign customer who cant speak Chinese, an employee who can speak foreign languages may be preferred by his employer. Some people think that private cars should be restricted, while others consider that private cars should be encouraged. From my point of view, just as an old saying goes, every coin has two sides, so owning a private car has also both advantages and disadvantages.So far as its advantages are concerned, there are two points for this. First, it plays a very important part in providing its owner with convenience, enabling the owner to go whenever and wherever he wants to easily and quickly.
