The purpose of the conference is to share our experiences and knowledge in regard to the theory, frontier developments and reaserches, as well as possible applications of them in solving practical problems A lot of current issues have been discussed,and some of them have been effectively solutedToday,as the first time of the conference debut in this city,well have a unique topic of prepared presentations is the application of quantitative methods in Finance ,Todays speakers will share their thoughts on how to effectively run models in different issues and give a reasonable ,well have a Q从客观上讲，自来到 XXX 局，事务一直繁杂，没有很充欲的时间深入基层搞调研。前几天动员干部广泛给班子提意见时，有的同志就提出了这一问题。让我更深刻地认识到不管主观原因还是客观原因，不深入实际调研本身就是一个领导者的问题，掌握不了第一手材料怎么能够统领好全局的工作。在这里我要做一下自我检讨，以前自己总认为比较体贴群众，觉得年节为干部办点福利，开办食堂，多发点奖金就是关心同志了。事实上这种想法不对，同志们在一起工作是需要思想交流的，领导干部与一般干部更需要面对面地交心、谈心。从这个角度上讲我做得远远不够。不谦虚地说，与一般干部谈心少，现在还有部分同志不熟悉，更谈不上知道他们有些什么想法了。淘宝专业编制 ID:文章团购网因此，今后我要按 x 局长“三个对照，三个反思”的讲话精神，进一步深入理解和牢固树立党的“从群众中来，到群众中去”的群众观点，从现在起多深入基层，多搞调查研究，多倾听群众意见，及时掌握干部的思想动态和普遍要求。同时要将干部、党委政府以及企业的一些好意见征集上来，认真整理加以研究，形成决策后再布置下去。这样一步一个脚印，扎扎实实地去做，调研才能收到实效，工作才能取得更大的进步。
