The nutrients of a vegetarian diet. Are there any disadvantages for people to eat meat at all? Compare the advantages and disadvantages between normal eaters and vegetarians.Which group of people, normal eaters or vegetarians are better and healthier?,Introduction,Background information,There are several reasons: Health reason Animal Welfare Religious reason Influence of family or friends Concern the environment Others,Health reason,Human beings need 7 kinds of food substances in order to stay alive. Fats provide us energy and it is the main food storage of animal. Our exact requirement of fats is very small. If we eat too much fats,it may block the blood vessels. it may cause heart disease easily.,Animal Welfare,Where do we get food? Animals and vegetables. Kill animals. From vegetables (farming). All of the interviewees believe in Buddhism. They agree that they become healthier than before being a vegan. They approve that they will continue to be a vegan. Four of them may try to advise the others to eat vegetarian food. There are more advantages of being a vegetarian,Interviewing normal eaters,Many people had ever eaten vegetarian food and most of them are adult. Usually most the adult would eat vegetarian food during the 1st and 15th of the each lunar month 45% of them thought that the taste of the vegetarian food is not good 25% of them claimed that they love eating meat so much,insipid, very expensive and trouble to eat it. less food choices for them to choose than normal diet. about 85% of the interviewees thought that eating vegetarian food is healthier than normal diet. about 90% of the interviewees only feel sick twice to forth a year. vegetarians also feel sick only a few years. vegetarians are as healthy as normal eater at this stage.,Attitude of the normal people on vegetarian food:,Interviewing nutritionist,1. The medical classification of vegetarians can be divided into three parts, Lacto-ovo vegetarian Lacto vegetarian Strict vegan2. The advantages of being vegetarians: Vegetarian foods can reduce the chance to be suffered from different diseases. Vegetarian foods have no animal proteins and cholesterol.,The problems: The incorrect eating habit may lead to malnutrition and even becoming diseases. Normal vegetarians may easily lack of iron. 4. These problems happen because of not enough proteins: Proteins are the main content of constituting the body tissues. Proteins are formed by many kinds of amino acids. Our body cant make some parts of the amino acids by ourselves. The plant proteins foods are rougher, it would be more difficult to eat and digest.,5&6. Which kind of eater does the nutritionist support? She saidBoth can be very healthy if they eat in a balanced way vegetarian cannot absorb all of the nutritional values from only one type of natural food. need to pay attention on choosing the food everyday the food should include different food substances.,7. The suggestions for the vegetarians: attend to supplement the deficient in energy values. eat vegetables and fruits the cooking methods should not include too much oil. 8. A well-balanced eating habit: the first main principle of healthy eating is balanced nutrition. need to eat five main basic foods everyday. should drink enough amount of water.,Conclusion and Recommendation,We find that no matter you are normal eater or vegetarian, if you eat in a balanced way to absorb the seven main food substances which are significant for our health. We should drink more water. Cook food with healthy and simple methods can make us eat healthier. Even you are a normal eater, dont eat too much meat or other high fat and oily food; otherwise you will suffer from many serious diseases.
