Just as the basic need of human beings for survival, like food to prevent starvation, and clothing to keep away from cold, being healthy is one essential element, which would be easily ignored.,Now, let us talk about something about healthy eating.,This food group is high in fiber and starches(淀粉): bread, cereal(谷物), grains, rice, pasta(意大利面食), potatoes and noodles.,This food group consists of meat fish, poultry(禽肉), and red meat. Nuts and beans, are included in this food group as well.,This food group is food containing fats and sugars.,You should try to eat at least 5 portions of fruits and vegetables daily.,First, healthy diet(健康饮食): A healthy diet is one that helps maintain(维持) or improve general health. A healthy diet provides the body with essential nutrition: fluid, adequate essential amino acids(氨基酸) from protein(蛋白质), essential fatty acids(脂肪酸), vitamins, minerals, and adequate calories. The requirements for a healthy diet can be met from a variety of plant-based and animal-based foods. A healthy diet supports energy needs and provides for human nutrition without exposure(暴露) to toxicity(毒性) or excessive(过度的) weight gain from consuming excessive amounts. Where lack of calories is not an issue, a properly balanced diet (in addition to exercise) is also thought to be important for lowering health risks, such as obesity.,Second, green food(绿色食品): Today what a lot of people look forwards to eating is green food which is produced without being polluted, such as some fruits and vegetables. So healthy is it that its very popular among human beings. Dangerous food environment taken into consideration, green food exists not only as a kind of delicious dish but also as a lifestyle making people feel they are safe. Its green food that lets people attain(达到,获得) a good health condition. If a person wants to both feel good and look good, green food is a must. Green food is to us what water is to fish. Enjoy plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Try breads such as whole-wheat(全麦) bread. Spaghetti(意大利面条) and oatmeal(燕麦片) are also in the grain group. Bananas,strawberries and melons are some great tasting fruits.
