Since Chinas accession to the WTO, Chinas small and medium-sized enterprises have unprecedented development opportunities, while also facing severe challenges. The core problem of small and medium sized enterprises is a question of survival, and the key to maintaining the survival of small and medium enterprises in the financial management of enterprises. However, due to defects in the internal and external environment, the development of SMEs in China is severely restricted, especially enterprise financial management should not pay attention to, can not play the financial management of company capital plan, use and distribution function, causes the enterprise to resist risk ability is weak, enterprise life cycle is short, life force is not strong.
