某 啤 酒 厂 污 水 处 理 厂 工 艺 设 计摘 要本 文 根 据 前 人 的 研 究 成 果 综 述 了 啤 酒 废 水 的 处 理 和 利 用 现 状 ， 有 针 对 性 的 对 啤酒 废 水 自 身 的 特 性 ， 通 过 对 酸 化 SBR 处 理 啤 酒 废 水 ， UASB SBR 法 处 理 啤酒 废 水 ， 新 型 接 触 氧 化 法 处 理 啤 酒 废 水 ， 生 物 接 触 氧 化 法 处 理 啤 酒 废 水 ， 上 流 式 厌氧 污 泥 床 （ UASB ） 等 处 理 啤 酒 废 水 的 几 种 处 理 方 法 的 详 细 分 析 ， 确 定 最 佳 方 案 即用 UASB 。 UASB 的 主 要 组 成 部 分 是 反 应 器 。 本 文 介 绍 了 有 关 UASB 的 处 理 流 程 和 设计 的 计 算 ， 对 格 栅 ， 调 节 池 ， UASB 池 ， 气 浮 池 ， 污 泥 浓 缩 池 等 进 行 了 精 细 的 设 计和 计 算 。 并 对 主 要 构 筑 物 UASB 池 ， SBR池 做 了 详 细 的 说 明 。 UASB 处 理 高 浓 度 有 机废 水 ， 其 关 键 是 培 养 出 沉 降 性 能 良 好 的 厌 氧 颗 粒 污 泥 。 采 用 此 工 艺 ， 不 但 使 处 理 流程 简 洁 ， 也 节 省 了 运 行 费 用 ， 在 降 低 废 水 浓 度 的 同 时 ， 还 可 以 回 收 在 处 理 过 程 中 所产 沼 气 作 为 能 源 的 利 用 。 以 便 我 为 进 一 步 探 讨 效 益 资 源 型 处 理 技 术 提 供 借 鉴 。关 键 字 ： 啤 酒 工 业 废 水 处 理 UASB 反 应 器WastewaterTreatment of a Brewery ProcessDesignAbstractsince there is high organic content in the brewery wastewater ,if drain off thewastewater,it will not only pollute the environment but also reduce the raw materialutilizationof thebeer industry,sothere are many scholars and manufacturersresearch thebeer wastewater treatment and utilization of technology ,based on previous researchresults in Chinabrewery wastewater handling and use of the status quo, targeted brewerywastewater characteristics, acidification - SBR treatment of brewery wastewater byUASB + SBR treatment of brewery wastewater, the new contact oxidation treatment ofbrewery wastewater, biological contact oxidationtreatment of brewery wastewater,several of the upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) treatment of brewery wastewatertreatment methods detailed analysis to determine the best option with the UASB.Themain part of UASBis the reactor. This article describes the calculation of the relatedprocesses and design of the UASB,and also makes a meticulous caculation of the grill,adjustment pool, the UASB pool, contact oxidation tank, flotation tank and sludgethickenerpool.It alsodoesadetaileddescriptionofthemainstructures theUASBpooland contact oxidation tank . For UASB treatment of high concentration organicwastewater, the key is to cultivate a good settling characteristics of anaerobic granularsludge. Adopt this technology not only make the treatment processes moresimple ,savings in operating costs but also can retrieve the biogas that produced in thetreatment for energy using while reducing wastewater concentration.
