The assessment process mainly includes 2 parts- Pre-selection and Panel assessment. Dealers and the assessment panel conduct the selection based on the BMW China Aftersales Manager Competency Model, using professional assessment methods and tools. Candidates should pass the pre-selection before they are sent to the panel assessment. 评价中心指一系列专业测评流程的组合,初选是整个甄选过程中一个必不可少的环节,售后经理候选人需要在通过初选之后,才能由所属经销商推荐参加正式的专家测评。 The pre-selection is carried out by dealers.
