Title: Commercial Director-Oversea ProjectLocation: WuxiCompany ScenarioOur client is the worlds largest manufacturer of solar panels. They produces industry leading solar products for residential, commercial, industrial, and utility applications. With regional headquarters in China, Switzerland, and the United States, and gigawatt-scale manufacturing worldwide, they have delivered more than 15,000,000 photovoltaic panels to thousands of customers in more than eighty countries. The annual revenue of the company is $ 3.1 billion. The department has newly strategically shifted its business focus from the oversea market to the domestic market, with significant competitive advantages and resources to leverage in the market.Key Responsibilities:This role is primarily responsible for driving proposal strategies, reviewing Requests for Proposals and identifying project risks to achieve their business development goals in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.In particular, the responsibilities of this role are to:1. Produce strategies, review and draft proposals and contractsReview all Requests for Proposals, Requests for quotations and contract templates from clientsProduce proposal strategies for RFP responses taking into account cost structure, pricing, provisions, contingency, etc.Draft proposals, prime contracts, joint venture/consortium agreements during bidding phase; Coordinate pricing, costing, provisions, estimates, etc., with account managers and technical sales.Contract negotiation with clients and coordination with corporate Legal and Credit Controller2. Project management and risk monitoringProject management works through project execution including invoicing, bond issuance, insurance arrangement, contract administration and payment collection.Identify, mitigate and monitor project risks through team cooperation; Initial review process for new proposals or contracts.3. Team Management and internal communication Work closely with Account Managers, Technical Sales, Credit Controller, Legal Counsel and Finance Manager to achieve sales target.Key Requirements: 1.At least 10 years commercial experience, with strong background in project management, contract administration, project bidding2.Good knowledge of international trade, project and contract features, experience in oversea/international EPC company is highly preferred3.Strong leadership and cross functional communication skill.4.Candidate should have a very strong English Communication Skill.
