2013 TYRONE COMPETITIONS CONTROL COMMITTEE REGULATIONSADULT FOOTBALL & HURLING1. The powers and functions of the Competitions Control Committee (CCC) will be as detailed in Rule 3.22 (ii) T.O. 2012 and in the 2013 Tyrone County Bye Laws.2. A Club will not be permitted to participate in any competition until it complies with Rules 2.2 and 2.3, T.O. 2012. At Youth level a Club can only participate when it has registered sufficient youth players, in compliance with Rule 6.16, T.O. 2012to field a team at a particular level.Penalty: The failure of a Club to register sufficient players in compliance with Rules 2.2, 2.3 and 6.16, T.O 2012will result in the fixture being forfeited to the opposing team.3. (a)TeamTrophies must be returned, to an officer,specificallydesignated bythe Competitions Control Committee (CCC) on or before the first Tuesday in April.Penalty20 per month per trophy.(b) The Club Committee is responsible for the safe custody of trophies and shall be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement necessitated as a result of any damage to trophies, as determined by the Competitions Control Committee.(c)The Competitions Control Committee is responsible for all the engraving on a trophy. In no circumstances should a club undertake, or have undertaken, any engraving or repairs to any trophy.Penalty1004. Tille to Adult League and Cup games under the auspices of C.C.C. in 2013 will be 4 (excluding Play- off Matches)5. Failure of an appointed referee to turn up for a match will leave his club liable to a fine of up to 100 (Adult) & 50 (Youth).6. The CCC will endeavour to afford all adult Championship finalists a minimum of eight days free from competitive adult fixtures.7. Correspondence with clubs regarding fixtures will be through the Secretary of the C.C.C. This correspondence will include a regular fixtures update.8. The List of 12 adult players not eligible to participate in Reserve League must be with the Secretary of the C.C.C. in writing by 1st May. Failure to do so will result in reserve league games not being fixed until the list is received. Any requests for changes to the original List of 12 can be made in writing to the Secretary of the C.C.C. before the July C.C.C. Officers Meeting.9. All correspondence must be from Club Secretary to CCC Secretary. No phone calls will be accepted by members of the C.C.C. after 10pm.10. The granting of a postponement of any game is a matter solely for the Chairperson of the CCC and requests for postponements will only be considered in very exceptional circumstances. In the absence of the Chairperson of the CCC, the Secretary of the CCC shall deal with such requests.11. Although clubs are not entitled to free dates, if agreement can be reached between both clubs, the CCC may approve a re-arrangement of a fixture, for a date no later than the original fixture date.12. Clubs not supplying a qualified referee cannot be guaranteed a fixture at the normal time but may be asked to play at a time and date when a qualified referee is available.13. Players who play in any of the current years, Inter-County Senior football championship, or Club Adult football championship within the County, are not eligible to play in the Reserve Knockout Football Competitions.PENALTY:-Offending team / teams eliminated from competition14. The current years Inter-County senior Football Panel are available to the County Manager for County team preparations when the starred rounds of games are fixed.15. The 2013 Senior Football championship and Intermediate Football Championship winners automatically play in Division One in 2014. The 2013Junior Football Championship winners will automatically play in Division Two in 2014.16. In Division One, a top four play-off will decide the league winners based on the following draw: Team 1 v Team 4, and Team 2 v Team 3 (Teams 1 and 2 at home).17. In Division 1 the bottom placed team will be relegated*. A play-off will takeplace between teams finishing second bottom and third bottom with the third bottom team at home. The losers will be relegated. The winners will play against the play-off winner from Division 2 for the right to play in Division 1 in 2014.*excluding Championship winners18. In Division 2 the team finishing top will be automatically promoted. Should the Championship winners finish top in the League, then the second placed League team will be promoted. After these two automatic promotions the teams placed in the next four highest positions in the league will playoff as follows: Team 3 v Team 6, and Team 4 v Team 5 (Teams 3 and 4 at home). The winners will play-off, at a neutral venue, with winners then playing against the Division 1 Relegation play-off winning team. In Division 2 the bottom placed team will be relegated. A play-off will take place between teams finishing second bottom and third bottom
