There were two girls who just came out from school, when I told them I need to check their spoken English and talk with them in English, they quit( perhaps because i am ugly, and I scared them) . And about the professional skills, the difference between undergraduate and us is practical. Graduates like us can adapt to the job quickly, but undergraduates can not, however, they learn fast as long as they get a chance. So, I want to say, youre good. Compared with them, youre the dominant one,but just because youre good, but also because you have many wonderful teacher.No.2 the most important one about the way how to find customers.I would like to say looking for customers in Google first, I show you information in picture that I got from platform.(I tried all, and I did)Then you can choose , scan their web and if they are the big online supermarket ,you can chat with the service people just like ( just a sample),I told the service people that Im supplier, and talked for a while I asked for the related peoples email.
