Master some important words and phrases.3. 掌握度量结构的表达。教学难点培养听力和快速阅读的能力。教法导航听、说、读、写各种方法综合运用,提高学生的各项能力。学法导航听、说、读相结合,在小组活动中学习、巩固知识。教学准备卡片、多媒体。教学过程Step 1 GreetingsGreet the class as usual.Step 2 1aAsk the students to go through the pictures and the sentences in 1a .Then let them read the sentences aloud.(鼓励学生模仿方框中的例句对大象和大熊猫进行比较,以小组竞赛的方式展开,看看哪一组想到的句子最多)e.g. The panda is 200 cm shorter than this elephant. This elephant is 200 cm taller than this panda. Step3 1b-1dShow the numbers on the screen and let the students read aloud .Then ask the students to go through the sentences in 1c and make predictions about the blanks.Play the tape for the first time and let the students finish the task in 1b.Play the tape for the second time and complete the sentences in 1c.Then check the answers and read the sentences aloud.鼓励学生根据已有的知识将adult panda 和baby panda 进行比较。完成1d的任务。Step 4 2a-2e readingTeacher asks:What do you know about pandas?学生根据2a的词汇进行自由讨论,教师可让个别小组进行展示,看一看那个小组表现得好。Then show the four numbers on the blackboard and then let the students read the passage quickly to find what the numbers refer to.Let the students read the passage again and complete the sentences in 2c.Check the answers.Use the same way to finish the tasks in 2d.
