The port of shipment shall be close to the origin of the goods. 2. The port in the country with which government forbid to do business shall be unacceptable. 3. The stipulation on the port of destination should be clear and specific. 4. “Transshipment to be permitted” should be stipulated in the contract for a port that has no direct liner to stop by. 5.
