船舶救生消防设备维护须知Ship life-saving fire equipment maintenance Instruction1. 固定式气体(CO2)灭火系统保养须知Fixed gas (CO2) fire-extinguishing system maintenance guidelines1.1. 适用范围:有固定式气体(CO2)灭火系统的船舶。Applicable scope: equipped the fixed gas (CO2) extinguishing system on board.1.2. 保养负责人:三副。Maintenance supervisor :3/O1.3. 保养周期:Maintenance period:1.3.1. 每季度常规检查,三副与水手长共同检查,内容为站室钢瓶操纵装置、通风装置、通讯设备及声、光报警装置。Routine examination, to be carried out by 3/O and bosun, items are as follow cylinder control device, ventilating device, communications equipment and sound and light alarm device. 1.3.2. 所有管路每2年用压力0.5Mpa空气作畅通试验;每45年进行试验压力至少为0.7Mpa气密试验;瓶头阀至分配阀箱的管段每810年进行压力为11.8Mpa的液压试验;管路液压试验后,应将流体排除干净。All piping to be carried out the blowing off test with 0.5Mpa compressed air every 2 years interval, air tightness test to be carried out with 0.7Mpa compressed air every 4-5 years interval, hydraulic test of the pipe between the cylinder head valves and the distributing box to be carried out with 11.8Mpa compressed air every 4-5 years interval, piping hydraulic test, the residues should be excluded clean fluid.1.3.3. 每五年管系(自分配阀至喷头段)压力试验。由三副负责,注意取得专业机构认可证明。Every five years the piping (from distributing valve to nozzle section) pressure tested. 3/O will be responsible for it, pay attention to obtaining professional organizations recognized certificate.1.3.4. 二氧化碳容器在20年后,每隔5年进行一次内部检查。Do internal examination for carbon dioxide containers once every 5 years after 20 years.1.3.5. 瓶头阀应经液压试验,试验压力为24.5MPa。Hydrostatic test of the cylinder valve should be carried out, and the test pressure is 24.5 MPa.1.4. 固定式气体(CO2)灭火系统的保养Fixed gas (CO2) fire extinguishing system maintenance1.4.1. 大型(CO2)灭火站:A large (CO2) fire station:1.4.1.1. 灭火站应有明显的红色标志,门上加锁,钥匙三副保管,备用钥匙大副保管,应急钥匙在灭火站附近封闭的盒子内,盒子用玻璃盖,便于击碎取出钥匙,该钥匙盒应有明显大红色标志。There should be obvious red sign in fire station, and the door should be locked, the 3/O keeps the key, the chief officer keeps the false key, the emergency key is stored in the closed box nearby the fire station, and the box is lided by glass to take out the key easily, the key box should have obvious big red marks.1.4.1.2. 灭火站内清洁干燥,照明充足并应设有应急照明和船舶电话(无电话时,进入人员应携带对讲机并预先约好联系人),通风良好,温度应在045之间,注意防冻与降温。The fire station shoule be clean and dry, lighting adequate and be equipped with emergency lighting and marine telephone (person entered should carry intercom and appoint contacts in advance when there is no phone), well ventilated and the temperature should between 0-45, and pay attention to freeze and cooling.1.4.1.3. 站内不得堆放与本站无关的杂物。The irrelevant sundry should not be stacked within the station.1.4.1.4. 站内应设有准确的大型(CO2)系统图:各分路阀、总阀、控制阀标牌清楚完好;开关标志明显;施放说明准确、简要;施放手柄与报警器(机舱内声、光报警三分钟)联动有效。There should be a large (CO2) system diagram in the sttation: each shunt valve, main valve, control valve scutcheon should be clear and intact, switch logo is obvious; the discharge introductions is accurate and briefly, the release handle and alarm (sound and light keep alarming three minutes in the engine room) should be linkage effective.1.4.2. 钢瓶:Cylinder:1.4.2.1. 钢瓶外观无锈、油漆完好。Appearance of cylinder should be no rust and paint intact.1.4.2.2. 钢瓶水压试验在有效期内,证书有效。Keep the certificate valid and cylinder hydrostatic test within the period of validity.1.4.2.3. 钢瓶内灭火剂充装率不应大于0.67kg/l。The cylinder charging ratio of fire extinguishing agent should not be greater than 0.67 kg/l.1.4.2.4. 所有二氧化碳钢瓶每二年应进行称重检查(或液面测量)。若每瓶CO2的净重减少原重的10%时,应予填充。总减少量小于最大一个被保护舱室需要量的5%时,可同意暂不充灌;但空瓶一经发现,应拆下试压并充灌。All carbon dioxide cylinders should undertake weighting inspection every two years (or liquid level measurement). If each bottle CO2 net weight reduced to 10% of the original weight, it is to be refilled. When total reduction is smaller than 5% of the maximum protected cabin requirement, it is allowed not filling temporary, but the empty bottle was once found, it is to be removed and refilled after pressure test.检测应请专业单位进行,三副监测,证书交船长保管,公司机务部保管副本一份。We should ask professional unit to test, third officer monitoring, certificate kept by the the captain, and company maintenance department keep a copy of the certificate.1.4.2.5. 垂直放置,各瓶铡刀轴高度相等且处于同一垂直平面。Place in vertical, each bottle pole shaft height is equal and in the same vertical plane.1.4.3. 操纵装置:Operating device:1.4.3.1. 瓶头阀无松动、变形。Bottle head valve without loosing, deformation.1.4.3.2. 瓶头阀铰刀无断折缺损,刀处于退足状态,刀头与镀层膜片距离3mm。Bottle head valve reamer without break and defects, knife is fully folded, the reamer head is apart 3mm from the coating diaphragm.1.4.3.3. 瓶头阀手柄:各手柄上拉索固定孔与铰刀铀之间距离相等,与铰刀轴连接牢固,止动螺钉深入铰刀轴且上紧,各手柄与重垂成60,转动范围不少于120,各手柄平行。Bottle head valve handle: the distance between guy fixing hole on each handles and reamer shaft is equal, and the fixing holes link firm with the reamer shaft, stop screw in-depth of the reamer shaft is tightened, each handle with heavy hang down into 60 , the twirl scope is not less than 120 , and each handle is parallel.1.4.
