Since last March the employees of Jingda Co.have demanded increases in their wages and salaries, because inflation has been on the rise for three consecutive quarters. So far, however, the management has given no response. Wanglin, the human resources manager of the firm, is afraid that, with inflation spiraling up like this, the company can no longer ignore the employees request.,Task 4 Training & Developing,At a management meeting this afternoon, all managers agree to increase the compensation for the employees.
