题目:基于蓝牙技术的便携式心电采集设备设计摘要现如今我国民众对生活质量的要求不断提升,对自己的身体状态和生活 层次也越来越重视。世界卫生组织的研究表明:心脑血管引起 的死亡在全球 范围看来仍然排在首位,作为病因之首,人们不得不对其引起重视,加以防 范。心电图机作为诊断心脏疾病的最直观、高效的医疗设备,它可以即时检 测心脏兴奋的电位活 动状况,虽然医用心 电图机使用方便,且 检测结果可 靠,对人体一般无创伤性损害,但是一般的心电图机体积和质量都较大,且 价格不菲,对于非专业用户来说操作较为复杂,每次检查都需要患者亲自前 往医院,这对患者检查带来了不少的负担。 本文设计了一种便于携带,基于无线蓝牙技术的能持续对病人心电信号 进行检测的个人医疗硬件系统,可以不间断地对患者心脏电活动状态进行记 录,还能够为临床检查和评估提供可使用的参考资料。本文主要研究了心电 采集电路的设计,将心电信号采集后,通过缓冲,滤波,放大,模数转换后 传输到基于 ARM7 内核的 LPC2138 处理器上,经过 MCU 进行数据处理 后,通过蓝牙芯片发送数据。该数据能被其他主机接收并通过软件对数据进 行收集并显示出波形,同时该系统采用的蓝牙无线技术还可以通过网络将心 电检测资料从家庭扩展到医院、社区等,能够对 医疗资源的共享起到一定作 用。 关键词:心电检测;蓝牙技术;ARM 处理器;个人医疗40AbstractNowadays, our peoples demand of quality of life is rising. They pay more attention to their physical condition and the level of life. World Health Organization study showed that: the death caused by cardiovascu lar disease in worldwide opinion is still in first place. People have to pay attention to it, to guard against. Electrocardiogram, as the most intuitive and efficient diagnostic medical device, can instantly detect cardiac potential activity status. Althou gh medical ECG machine is easy to be used and its test results is reliable, and it is non-invasive damage to human body, but its size and quality are large and it is also expensive. The operation for non-professional users is too more complex. Patients are required to examine their ECG at the hospital, which brought a lot of burden.This paper presents an individual portable medical hardware, which is based on wireless Bluetooth technology, can continue detecting the patients ECG and recording their cardiac electrical activity, and it can also provide reference materials for clinical examination and assessment. This paper studies the design of ECG acquisition circuit. After the ECG data has been acquired, with the buffer, filter, amplifying and analog to digital conversion circuit, the signal will be conversed to digital and transmitted to the LPC2138 ARM7 -based processor. The MCU can process the data and send it out through the Bluetooth chip. This data can be received by the other host and with the softwar e, the ECG waveforms can be displayed.
