毕业论文浅析文学作品中孙权的用人艺术语言文学论文 摘要 我国古代有很多描写3国的文学作品，例如：陈寿的3国志；罗贯中的3国演义；苏东坡的大江东去；关汉卿的单刀会等等。在这些描写3国事件的所有文学作品中，孙权都是个必不可少的人物。3国之1的吴国：论地域，初时仅据有会稽、吴郡、丹阳、豫章、庐陵6郡，人口稀少，土地有限；论谋臣武将，不如曹操众多；论兵力，不过曹操的10分之1。东汉末年，孙权能够在父兄的基业上，势单力薄的情况下，建立了1个雄踞江东的政权，笔者认为主要是善于用人。由于孙权能够“唯推诚信士，不恤人我欺”。发挥众人的长处，听取多方面的意见，通过主观的努力，克服客观上的弱点，使战局由表面上的被动转为实质上的主动，从容地应付危局，从而在关键性的事件中发挥主导作用，形成了3足鼎立的格局，使得吴国政权存在近百年之久。探索孙权用人的艺术，笔者认为有尊重老臣、大胆用人、不随意诛杀臣属这3个特点。用人之道即成功之本，探讨孙权在用人方面策略和成效，以便读者能够更好的理解“孙权”这1人物形象。 关键词：文学作品；孙权；用人艺术 ABSTRACT Ourcountryancienttimeshadverydescribesthreecountriestheliteraryworks,Forexample:ChenShouSanGuoZhi;LuoGuanzhongSanGuoYanYi;SuDongpoDaJiangDongQu;GuanHanqingDanDaoHuiandsoon.Describesthreecountrieseventsintheseinallliterarywork,SunQuanallareanessentialcharacter,OfaWuGuothreecountries:Byregion,initiallywhenonlyoccupiesGuiji,WuJun,Danyang,theyuzhang,hutmausoleumsixcounty,thesparsepopulation,thelandislimited;Bytheplanningministermilitarymander,wasinferiortoCaoCaoismultitudinous;Bymilitarystrength,butCaoCao1/10.TheEasternHanDynastylastyears,SunQuancaninonfatherandelderbrothersbaseindustry,inthesituationwhichStrengthsmallandweak,theinfluenceissmall,establishedtobemajesticallylocatedeastofthelowerreachesoftheChangjiangriverspoliticalpower,theauthorthoughtmainlywasisgoodatchoosingapersonforajob.BecauseSunQuancanonlypushthegoodfaithgentleman,doesnotpitythehumanItobully.Displayspeoplesstrongpoint,listenstothevarioussuggestions,throughthesubjectiveendeavor,overesobjectiveontheweakness,causesthewarpassivelytotransferthemateriallybythesurfaceontheinitiative,calmlydealswiththecrisis,thusdisplaystheleadingroleinthecrucialevent,hasformedthetripodverticalpattern,causestheWucountrypoliticalpowerexistencetoreachthenearlyforhundredyearslongtime,ExploresartwhichSunQuanchoosesapersonforajob,theauthorthoughthasrespectstheoldfeudalofficial,boldchoosingapersonforajob,putstodeathofficialundertheemperorthesethreecharacteristicsnotatwill.Roadofthechoosingapersonforajobisfoundationofthesuccess,discussesSunQuaninthechoosingapersonforajobaspectstrategyandtheresult,inordertothereadercanabetterunderstandingSunQuanthischaracterimage.
