Our country fall behind foreign countries in the electronic banking risk prevention no matter what the management experience or preventive measures. Improving electronic banking management quality and reducing the electronic banking risks has become a task that we have to finish. This paper analysis the electronic banking business risk,and establish the model of electronic banking risk evaluation which use the mathematical model to evaluate the influence coefficients of various factors on the risk of electronic bank . Thus ,we can take accurately management and prevention of electronic banking risk .Not only improves the shortcomings, but also reduces the electronic banking risk.
