Transnational Corporation TrainingOutsourcing StudyAbstractAt present, countries in the world have increased their connection with each other, as the integration of the world is increasing day by day. More and more corporations consequently choose to establish substitutes in other countries. Thus, the establishment of these transnational corporations increases the competition of the industry. The transnational corporations that search surviving the market are looking for the solutions to enable them to free from the none-core business, such as recruitment, training and other human resource business and focus on the establishment of their competitiveness. Responding to the demands of the transnational corporation, transnational corporation outsourcing emerges, which refers to the activities that the corporations outsource their training business to a third party, which is sophisticated in the field and take the responsibilities instead.At present, transnational corporation outsourcing is still an emerging industry, meaning that most people do not have a detailed and systematical understanding of it.The thesis aims to give a specific introduction of transnational corporation outsourcing on the basis of the study of current theoretical development. In addition, the thesis aims to carry out practical and reasonable solutions to evade the problems that prohibit the development of the industry.The thesis consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction of the training outsourcing, including the current international and domestic study achievements, as well as the significance of the topic. The second part is the basic concept and the related theories of training outsourcing, involving the explanation of training outsourcing, the characteristics analysis and the related theories introductiom The third part illustrates the benefits of transnational corporation outsourcing. The fourth part demonstrates the influential aspects of training outsourcing and introduces the risks that can produce the influences on the development of the training outsourcing and bring threatens as a result. In the fifth part, the thesis promotes the prevention solutions to avoid the appearance of the problems related to the training outsourcing industry The last part of the thesis is the conclusion of the thesis, including the conclusion and the forecasting of the industry.Key Words: transnational corporation; training outsourcing; risk; prevention solutionAcknowledgementHow time flies.
