After the guest has requested water, set water glasses on the table.2. Serve iced water with water jug. 3. For food outlet, a jug of ice water should be pre set in every station. For all beverage outlets, ice water should be prepared in service bar upon guest request.4. Glass of water should always be served on a coaster.5.
