Inform hostess and outlet manager about the found item.2. Hostess to record the found item in the outlet logbook.3. Should contact the guest if you know who it belongs to.4. Otherwise, send the item to the Lost & Found (Housekeeping) as soon as possible.5. Provide necessary information to Lost & Found.6.
