BORMESPOLICY NO.:HR / P / 021DISTRIBUTION:DIVISION HEADSPAGE NO.:1 OF 3Purpose- This policy aims to specify the entitlement of duty meal benefits provided to all employees and the procedures of service. 该政策旨在明确员工餐福利的资格和程序。PolicyIt is the policy of Shangri-La Hotel Fuzhou to provide free duty meals (one meal and one snack per shift) per working day for employees at the Employee Restaurant unless otherwise stipulated in the employment contracts合同另有规定的除外,酒店给员工在员工餐厅每个工作日提供两顿免费工作餐(一顿正餐、一顿副餐)。Employment Procedures1. The meals can be taken only after they present the meal cards to the managing staff of Employee Restaurant for ticking purpose.员工应先向员工餐厅管理人员出示就餐卡并划卡后方可就餐。2. Employees are required to follow the rules & regulations of the Employee Restaurant and follow the management of employees of Employee Restaurant. Any violation will result in disciplinary action.员工应遵守员工餐厅人员的管理以及遵守员工餐厅的规章制度。任何违反将受到纪律处分。3. Human Resource Division will spot check the meals taking in Employee Restaurant. Any employees who are taking the excessive meals or taking meals on roster rest days will be given disciplinary notice.人力资源部将监督员工餐厅的就餐情况。多用餐或不当班也就餐的员工将导致纪律处分。4. No outsiders are permitted to dine in the Employee Restaurant unless prior approval is obtained from the Human Resource Division. Department Heads should sign the Meals Request Form and submit to Human Resource Division to issue the free or chargeable meal coupons to outsiders authorized accordingly.禁止非酒店人员在员工餐厅就餐,除非事先征得人力资源部的许可。部门需安排外来人员在员工餐厅就餐前应先填写就餐申请表经人力资源部批准后发放免费或收费餐券方可请其就餐。6. Operation Hours is as follows 员工餐厅开放时间:Breakfast: 6:00 am 8:20 am 早餐: 6:00am - 8:20 amLunch : 10:30 pm 13:30 pm 午餐:12:30pm - 13:30pmDinner : 16:30 pm 19:00 pm 晚餐: 16:30pm 19:00pmSupper : 23:00 pm 0:30 am 夜宵: 23:00pm 0:30pm7. Service 服务- buffet or food distribution style 自助式或发放形式- utensil and tissue provided 提供餐具和餐巾纸- after meal, employees will bring the dirty trays/plates to the wash area 就餐后,员工应主动将脏盘送至洗碗处。- soft drink/Chinese tea may be provided 可能提供软饮料/中式茶8. Menu 菜单- monthly and weekly menu requested to work out in advance 每周及每月提前出菜单- weekly menu will be put on the wall of Employee Restaurant.每周菜单张贴在员工餐厅的墙上。9. Employee Overtime Meal Taking- For employees who are requested by their department heads to work overtime, the div/dept head should specify on the Overtime Request Form if the working meal will be taken.部门要求员工加班时,应在加班申请表上明确是否允许该加班员工就餐。- The Overtime Request Form must be completely filled and signed by the Director of Human Resources and General Manager(when applicable).加班申请表必须填写完整,经部门总监/经理签批,并经人力资源总监及总经理(当适用时)签批。SHANGRI-LA PAZHOUHUMAN RESOURCES POLICY & PROCEDURE MANUALSUBJECT Duty Meal工作餐PREPARED BY:FRANK ZHANGREVIEWED BY:DATE PREPARED:Sept. 01, 2006EFFECTIVE DATE:Nov. 01, 2006 APPROVED BY:ROBERT A. BORMESPOLICY NO.:HR / P / 021DISTRIBUTION:DIVISION HEADSPAGE NO.:3 OF 3- The employee concerned can go to take meals in the Employee Restaurant after the Overtime Request Form approved. The Human Resources Division will check the meal taking record against the Overtime Request Form approved.有关员工在加班申请表批准后可到员工餐厅就餐。人力资源部将根据加班申请表核查员工就餐情况。10. Employees who are not able to take meals in Employee Restaurant due to work related reason will be compensated with meal allowance for the meals missed. The minority employees will also be compensated through payroll. The concerned department heads should fill in the Monthly Meal Allowance Summary Report and submit to Human Resource Division by 21st of each month. The compensation will be calculated based on corresponding budget of the meal.由于工作原因无法到员工餐厅就餐的员工将获得该餐次的误餐补助。少数民族员工也将获得餐费补助,随工资发放。有关部门经理应填写好餐费报告每月21日交至人力资源部。餐费补助将依据该餐的预算及顿数计算得出。11. It is the responsibility of individual division/department heads to keep a good record of employees attendance and report promptly to the Human Resources Division the disappearance of employees.各部门经理/总监负责查看员工考勤,对于旷工的员工应及时回报给人力资源部。12.
