不同豆粕酶解发酵物对仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标、抗氧化能力的影响研究摘 要:选择24头15 kg左右长大阉公猪,随机分为4组,分别饲喂3种不同豆粕酶解发酵物同比例替代豆粕的日粮和对照组日粮,以期研究不同的豆粕酶解发酵物对仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标及抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,饲喂3种不同豆粕酶解发酵物的仔猪平均日增重(ADG)和对照组相比分别提高了7.46%、9.29%和10.58%(P0.05)。饲喂添加乳酸菌和木瓜蛋白酶,添加乳酸菌、酵母菌和木瓜蛋白酶进行酶解发酵的豆粕酶解发酵物,仔猪平均日采食量(ADI)分别比对照组提高了7.15%和8.52%(P0.05)。血液生化指标方面,饲喂豆粕酶解发酵物的仔猪血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、尿素氮的含量和对照组相比均没有显著性差异(P0.05);饲喂乳酸菌、酵母菌和木瓜蛋白酶组仔猪血清碱性磷酸酶和丙氨酸转氨酶活性显著地高于对照组和酵母菌、木瓜蛋白酶酶解发酵组(P0.05)。血液抗氧化性能方面,饲喂豆粕酶解发酵物仔猪血清中所测的抗氧化能力指标(SOD、MDA和T-AOC)均显著优于对照组(P0.05)。试验结果表明,豆粕酶解发酵物对仔猪具有较好的促生长、抗氧化的作用,可以作为仔猪良好植物性蛋白质饲料原料应用。关键词:豆粕;酶解发酵;仔猪;生长性能;血液生化指标;抗氧化性能Effect of different enzymolysis and fermented soybean meal on growth performance,serum biochemical indicator and anti-oxidant ability of pigletAbstract:Twenty four LandraceLarge piglets were divided into 4 groups randomly, 3 differentkinds of enzymolysis and fermented soybean meal by papain, lactobacillus plantarum and yeastwere used to subsititute soybean meal in piglet feed, in order to study effects of enzymolysisand fermented soybean meal on piglet growth performance, serum biochemical indicator and antioxidant ability in this experiment. The results showed daily gain (ADG) of that 3 differentkinds of enzymolysis and fermented soybeanmeal feed group piglets average increased7.46%,9.29% and 10.58%(P0.05), respectively. ADI of piglets fed lactobacillus plantarum and papain, lactobacillus plantarum,yeast and papain was significantly increased7.15% and 8.52%(P0.05). Piglets serum total protein, albumin, globulin and urea nitrogen contenthad no significant change in groups fed enzymolysis and fermented soybean meal with controlgroup(P0.05), but serum alkaline phosphatase and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase levels weresignificantly higher in group fed lactobacillus plantarum, yeast and papain compared with control treatment and group fed yeast and papain(P0.05). Compared with control group,piglets serum SOD, MDA and T-AOC content were significantly better in the groups fed enzymolysis and fermented soybean meal(P0.05).
