He tried to learn relevant knowledge, good style of business, operational and organizational coordination ability, project efficiency, quality and safety assurance system in place, with all units involved with the coordination and good .复合式路面施工方案道路路面结构设计为复合式路面,路面结构层次从上至下为:5cm中粒式改性沥青混凝土(AC-16C)(内掺1.5%沥青道路专用增强纤维)(设计弯沉值21.5)粘贴应力吸收防水土工布(底面粘层油)22cm厚碾压水泥混凝土(28天设计弯拉强度标准值4.5MPa,抗压强度不小于30 Mpa)贫混凝土(C20)调坡层复合式路面工程量见下表:复合式路面工程量表路面结构名称C20贫混凝土调坡22厚碾压混凝土5沥青混凝土单位m2m2m2数量955439554395543一、施工组织设计编制依据复合式路面实施施工组织设计是根据下列文件进行编制的:3、水泥混凝土路面施工及验收规范(GBJ97-87)。4、公路水泥混凝土路面施工技术规范(JTGF30-2003)。5、公路沥青路面施工技术规范(JTGD40-2004)。6、沥青路面施工及验收规范(GB50092-96)。二、复合式路面施工方法复合式路面由贫混凝土调坡层、碾压混凝土基层、沥青混凝土面层等三层构成,其施工方法分述如下:(一)、贫混凝土调坡层施工方法1、不需进行处理的原有路面应进行压实。对有龟裂,纵、横裂缝的路面根据现场情况分别进行处理,可采用将原路面挖松打碎,加水泥进行拌和,摊铺碾压;如果原路面材料质量太差,则挖掉运走,用水泥稳定碎石进行摊铺处理;如果一般性收缩裂纹,则不进行处理。需处理的路面,事先与驻地监理人员沟通,确定工程量。2、模板安装模板安装按车道宽度进行安装,每车道宽度为3.5米,模板用槽钢,槽钢高度根据调平层的摊铺厚度选择适当型号,模板长度宽为35m,每米模板应设置一处支撑固定装置,模板安装前应进行逐桩测量放样,模板安装应稳固、顺直、平整、无扭曲,模板顶面不得有高低错台,高程应符合设计要求。模板应能承受摊铺、振实、整平设备的负载行进冲击和振动时不发生位移,禁止在路面上挖槽嵌入安装模板,模板安装后,与混凝土拌合物接触的表面涂隔离剂。3、摊铺混凝土采用商品混凝土。混凝土运输车倒退进入摊铺车道,洒水湿润路床,混凝土运输车边前进边卸料。人工配合布料粗平,人工布料应用铁锹反扣,禁止抛掷和耧耙。振捣,可采用插入式振捣棒、振动梁或平板式振捣器进行振捣,振捣时应辅以人工补料找平,平板式振捣器应纵横交错振捣。全面提浆振实,振实后可用滚杠往返拖动23遍提浆整平,并对水泥浆始终赶在滚杠前方,多余水泥浆应铲除,拖滚后可用3m刮尺,纵横各一遍整平饰面。贫混凝土终凝后应洒水养护,养护时间不少于7
