Ltd., an organization located at #18 Haibin Road, Wusha, Changan Town, Dongguan City (hereinafter referred to as “Party A”).And _Laird Technologies (Shenzhen) Ltd._, an organization located at _Building 1, Dejin Industiral Park, Fuyuanyi Road, Heping community, Fuyong Town, BaoAn District, Shenzhen City(hereinafter referred to as Party B).甲、乙双方本着互惠互利，友好合作旳原则，为明确双方权利和义务，特签订本长期合作协议及各专题协议，由双方在长期合作协议封面上盖章后生效。本长期合作协议包括如下专题协议： Based on the principle of mutual benefit and friendly cooperation and to clarify responsibilities and obligations, Party A and Party B hereof come to the long-term cooperation agreement and various special agreements.
